HG Thrift store is in a little shopping center with not much parking. The ambience is of an older thrift store. The store is small, it feels a little crammed and crowded. To my surprise, there was a lot of large furniture pieces, for such a small store. The store was very dusty and slightly dirty. The prices seemed a little high and the staff was not very friendly.

Just 2 dollars for a cute cluch!

While it's a small store, the owner is quite friendly. Clothes aren't too bad, though they do have some stuff from target and fashion nova.

Parking can be a little struggle as it was pretty packed when we arrived. First off, right when I walked in I was greeted by the three amazing and very funny ladies. Especially the one behind the counter. She was a major hoot that we all got a laugh with. It makes the shopping experience way better. It's broken down into two different sides. The main being where there cashier is and the women's department. They also have a pretty massive selection with accessories, jewelry and shoes. Plus shoes were half off. The other section house more of the home wares stuff, trinkets, glassware, furniture, babies and men's. There were loads of dish ware. Its nice to see that the place was very neat and organized which is also a major plus when browsing through. Makes it more easy to pick something up without having to dig through piles. There's not a big selection for men and kids as it was mainly a little sections. But pretty extensive collection for chinas and crystals. Woman's had the entire section for clothing and accessories. The staff were all amazing and friendly. Such sweetheart and major dolls. Chatting with them was so fun. Found out that the money goes to different charities which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable knowing that you helped someways. I was glad to walk into a cute little shop.

Cute little shop full of Americana, home decor, & so many novelty items!…read more It's like stepping back in time. This is the kind of shop I visited while in the Midwest! I could spend hours here! There's so much to see! This shop is located at The Arbor, a neighbor of Shenandoah At The Arbor, a wonderful restaurant! Except for the sign out front, you'd think this was a residence rather than a store! Inside is chock-full of many things! Be careful walking around so you don't tip anything over! Some of the things that caught my eye were the teacups, vintage toys, & fun trinkets. They also sell garden signs, clothing, and cards! When we visited this past Sunday, they were having an Open House. They were offering hot dogs, nachos, sweet treats, and lemonade. Super welcoming and generous of them! I hope to shop longer next time I'm in the area! ~~~~~~~~~~~ *I noticed that the business name for the Yelp Page did not match the name of the store, so I asked Yelp to make the correction and they did! There is no "C" in Stik. I'm surprised nobody edited it in 14 years!

I digress as I usually do. :) I saw Basics on Yelp and bookmarked it but while shopping with my son in the plaza we were on our way to get smoothies at Almond Haus and walked by Basics; he spotted a camo hat & wanted to go in. There's a whole wall of patches to your immediate right as well as a stand with blank patches that you can customize. There's a TON of work shirts, blank tees, flannels, dickies, Carhartt work boots, clothing, Girl Scout vests & pamphlets. We left with a $9.99 camo trucker and a iron on patch $1.99. The blank patches vary but the largest one I saw was $1.99. I believe the gentleman quoted me $10 on the embroidery & $2 for sewing it on. $14 for a embroidered left chest personalization is a great deal! Now to find the medium I want it sewn on. Will update the review if the quality does not meet the rave reviews from my neighbors but I have high hopes!!

This is a country western themed store. Walking in you are immediately going to hear country western music playing over the sound system, making shopping here a lot of fun! What they offer is primarily geared towards the female clientele. Mostly, they have some really unique piece of clothing for women. This being said, they also offer a vast selection of vintage T-shirts. So, men have a reason to drop in there, as well, to find that really unique T-shirt from that time gone past. Plus, they also have a great selection of baseball caps. Each, expressing a really unique and very descriptive sediment. The staff here are all super nice. So, if you need any help, I'm sure they're going to help you out. Overall, this is fun shop to go into. You never know what you're going to find.

I opened a UPS claim, but UPS ultimately advised me that additional documentation was required from the sender and that I, as the recipient, could not move the claim forward. After being unable to receive either my order or assistance with the UPS claim, I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to recover my money. This was my personal experience shopping with this business. I do not recommend ordering online because of this.
