Stopped by Hi Bubble Tea once last month on a Monday around 5pm while I was in the area and the shop was completely empty when I came in. I don't live nearby, but I ended up grabbing a stamp card, so there's a good chance I'll come back eventually for the drinks alone. I ordered a chrysanthemum tea with boba along with a banh mi. The drink was probably the highlight of my visit since it was super refreshing, flavorful, and made pretty quickly too. Definitely quenched my thirst. The ordering process was a little awkward though. There was one guy working the front and I had a hard time hearing/understanding him at first (maybe he was speaking too quietly?), but it became easier once we switched to Vietnamese. He also didn't seem to recognize the drink I wanted even after I gave the menu number, so I had to point it out on the menu before he could ring it up correctly. I'm guessing he might've been new. The banh mi took longer than expected considering the place was empty, probably because from what I could see, there was only one lady in the back making food. Taste-wise, it was decent but nothing especially memorable for me, and the size felt smaller compared to other places I've ordered from. I think the banh mi only came in one size. Usually, I'd order a Large so maybe that's why this one seems small. There were at least a couple tables inside so I could sit and wait. I still had a good experience though and would come back mainly for the drinks because that chrysanthemum tea was genuinely really good. They have tons of options so I wanna try out their other drinks too. read more

OH MY YUM!! My mango smoothie was fantastic. It wasn't some icy mess either! It was smooth, creamy and flavorful. It is beautiful and clean in the inside. Super fast service and I will 100% keep coming back to get this drink. read more

Good drinks and food but personally I almost always avoid coming here because it comes out so slow! I'm not an inpatient person, but the last few times I've gone, I've waited 15+ minutes, sometimes 25 for a banh mi and milk tea. Wild lol read more

Thier drinks are soo good . You can tell Each drink is crafted with care . We went during grand opening week . I got the crème brûlée fire milk tea with egg cream and my honey got the fire milk tea with coconut and egg cream . Both drinks were great and thier tapioca was chewy and soft not hard . My sibling and I came here for some birthday boba and bahn mi. The Bahn Mi special was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend the Hong Kong sauce with it! The service was extremely fast! For my drink, I got their new pomegranate fruit tea with pomegranate boba topping. It is so refreshing! The atmosphere is amazing as well. There are various seating areas and board games to play! Genuine friendly service and helpful to figure out the menu. The fresh Taro with Oreo blended into it was amazingly good. You can adjust the sweetness and other ingredients to your liking. Hi bubble is LEGIT!!! Y'all will NOT regret their banh mi's they're soooo good, and the drinks are always refreshing and a nice sweet treat. My personal favorites are their green teas or ube drinks! I've been here 3x with my family, each time ordering at least 3-4 drinks. It has become my favorite and regular place to go to! Me and my sisters favorite drink is the honey green milk tea with boba. All 3 of us get the same drink. Drinks and service are so fast and everyone is so kind. It seems to be family owned by Vietnamese and everyone is so sweet!! I genuinely hate to leave bad reviews. While it was not my first bubble tea, it was my first time in this particular shop (which makes me sad because I love bubble tea and this place is right by my new house). I order my drink iced, which in my head I actually meant blended, So when I got the drink and realized it was iced, I apologize to the cashier and politely ask if he could blend it for me instead. He replied a little aggressively " i asked you if you wanted it blended" I say "I know, I apologize, I made a mistake". He kind of throws a subtle bitch fit, rolls his eyes and heads to the back to remake the drink. When he brings it back he gives it to me with so much attitude. I admit I made a mistake, but I didn't think all the attitude was fair. The vibe just doesn't sit well with me, I'll never go back.
