If an order is given a pickup time, it should ideally be ready or close to ready by then. That was definitely the biggest downside of the experience. The burger itself was good, though not quite worth the 40-45 minute wait overall. I ordered the Umami Wagyu Cheeseburger. It had good flavor, but it was pretty messy, and honestly, I couldn't really tell much of a difference from regular beef. I'm not sure the "wagyu" aspect added much for me personally. I'm usually a very patient person, but this experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. I can only imagine how long the dine-in customers were waiting.
