Shopped around the island looking for someone to install PPF and tint on my 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper. Jeremiah was very professional, responded to emails and texts in a timely matter. Visited office in Kapolei, very nice and clean. Price was right on par with other competitors, some installers stated they needed to order PPF and would take more than a week to come in and then they could start, Jeremiah and his team was able to get me in the next day and completed the full body PPF and tint in less than a week. I don't know where to start concerning the amazing customer service! I recently bought a car and I thought I scratched the tint on the rear window I met Jeremiah at his shop and he immediately looked at the window. He noticed it was " fingering" and it was nothing I did Then he noticed a faint sticker on the window from another shop he previously managed and said I have a lifetime warranty! He called the shop , supplied them with the Vin number and made an appointment for me In this day and age of little to no customer service I still am astounded! He could have not said a thing and put new tint ion but he instead was honest and that goes a long way with me. I think any other shop would not have noticed the decal or if they did wouldn't be aware of the warranty He has been open since April and I wish him the best of success at his shop. Competitive price, actually cost a bit more than others but when it takes days to get a reply from a business, I'd rather pay someone that I know will communicate with me. Just purchased a car and I normally have my cars tinted by a family friend, however he retired. Went on Yelp, did my research and found "HI Tint" a bunch of other businesses reached out to me. However, they were either too far for me and a little pricey for my budget. I wanted somewhere close on the West side. Jeremiah the owner quickly responded to me and quoted me on a really good and affordable deal on the ceramic tint for my vehicle. Made my appointment and he mentioned that he usually has his business done in his garage from his home, however he recently got a place out in Kapolei located behind Costco. It's seems like I'm his first customer there...lol. He just opened it this past weekend! I'm glad he has a cute comfort waiting area with a TV, couch, little fridge with drinks and some snacks for customers to enjoy while waiting in which i felt like I was at home. Jeremiah texted in advance to answer the questions I had when I requested my appointment, so we knew what to expect at the time of our appointment.
