    Tilapia. Not good.

I came here again today..... after many years....I can say one thing....I am glad I waited almost 3 years....because the experience was not stellar. At 1:30pm on a weekday, the place was not very busy..... I got some hibachi and it was decent. The hot bar food was hit or mis....the salmon and tilapia were so bad, I had to spit them out. They tasted like they were made from decayed meat...just horrible. The Japanese chicken and the chicken and broccoli were the best dishes. The sushi was not very tasty. I liked their char siu (boneless spare ribs) but they were too drenched in sweet sauce....too sweet. Overall an average to below average buffet in the area.

I tried a bunch of different items, every item was gross, undercooked, and old. I tried the noodles, the chicken tenders, the dumplings, the green beans were all pretty gross. The entire place looks old, rundown. I don't recommend.

This is every other Asian buffet you've ever been to since 1986, faux Asian decor, aqua walls and all. Absolutely standard fare, some of their sushi, namely their tuna seemed a bit tough, but nothing unsettling. If you're nearby it's just as bad or good as every other all you can eat place. The only particular praise I can give it, is that their ribs have an orange glaze to them which is a bit different than most places and enjoyable.

Another good find for some Hibachi and selection of different Japanese foods. Upon entering we weren't really acknowledged by the young man behind one of the counters but once the sweet female server came up we felt more welcomed. We were quickly sat and asked what we would like to drink. Buffet had a great variety we made it in around 3pm so our lunch buffet options were not bad at all...dinner started at 3:30pm for like a $4 up-charge but we were extremely stuffed to even want to try..you could get a wider selection of what seemed like more seafood variety...they would place little white tabs in-front of the dinner buffet items so you would not be confused if you were in for lunch..all the servers seemed very sweet..Hibachi station was kept clean but the cook was not friendly at all..he seemed very distracted and irritated although he did cook our hibachi very well. I didn't eat sushi today but there seemed to be a nice selection of choices. They did have some desserts and ice-cream. Our (2 of us)total bill for lunch with tip was $32 and we got 2 fortune cookies! I would go back and maybe around dinner to try the other stuff. Food had flavor and what I had tasted fresh rare to find in most hibachi buffets. Thumbs up to the ladies that serve and the cooks that work behind the scenes!!

This place is ok. The food overall looked decently fresh, for a buffet of course. I got take out but I observed the entire offerings of the buffet. Next time I may have to dive in on that Egg Foo Young because it looked really good for an AYCE place. They have sushi here but honestly I don't recommend the raw fish part of sushi offerings at buffets. The dessert bar looked decent and basically this is just a quick bite to eat buffet if you're just looking for cheap food to eat and you're not overly concerned with high-quality at the moment. For what it's worth the Sweet & Sour chicken was pretty good and the Shrimp w/ Lobster sauce looked like it wouldn't disappoint.

One of my many guilty pleasures is a good old Chinese buffet. Nothing makes me happier than finding a Chinese buffet that is not only tasty, but also clean. Sometimes it's a difficult task, but when you find it, keep it because it's definitely a gem. Hibachi Buffet in Deerfield could be there. It's close, but in some spots misses the mark. Okay, for I'm not even going to describe the place to you because it looks like every other Chinese joint out there, down to the animal zodiac placemat. I'm "year of the dog" if you're wondering. I had gone on a weekend after 3pm so you know in Chinese buffet language that means dinner, however, the dinner price was $7.99 so big score there. To me the major lacking point is the feeling of cleanliness. To be honest, it may be clean, but it gives the appearance of not being clean if that makes sense? Like when you go in you kind of think, "hm, is this wise?" but you still go in anyway because you are a gluten, and a gluten for punishment. The items on the buffet are of your typical Chinese buffet selection. They've got your rangoon, your ice cream, sweet and sour chicken, and it wouldn't be Hibachi buffet without, well, a hibachi grill! As per most buffets, not everything was hot. Mostly lukewarm items but still tasty, even if I wished there were a microwave nearby. Service was great. Constant refills of my tea and friendly staff. I'd go back for sure. Not my favorite. Been to MUCH worse. Okay in my book and hopefully okay in yours too.

I seriously thought I might get food poisoning. The scariest restaurant I have probably ever been to. And what I did eat was terrible.

Not great but not bad for a buffet. Have to give them some credit! Definitely used white meat in chicken meals, no mystery meat!

I just wanna grab something and relax at home. I picked up my phone and searched on Yelp for restaurants near me. Bamboo Wok appeared on the top of the list...ok, let's do Chinese. Located in the Westcreek Common Shopping Center, Bamboo Wok serves up a vast variety of Hunan, Szechuan, and Mandarin cuisine. Upon entering, I greeted a male employee behind the counter and placed an order for a pint of house special fried rice. The food was prepared really quickly and it was cooked to satisfaction. Filled with tender pieces of roast pork, chicken, shrimp, onions, and peas. It wasn't greasy or salty. There's a table with boxes filled with utensils, sauce packets, napkins, and fortune cookies. I helped myself to a few things before walking out. Looking forward to coming back soon whenever I'm in the area.

I got the pork fried dumplings and they were perfectly crisp on one side with very tasty soy sauce. I also got the sesame chicken dinner which came with enough food to last 3 meals and I really enjoyed it. I will say I wish there was more rice, but it was packed with chicken. I ordered delivery and it came very fast and hot. I will for sure be ordering from here again!

YES! YES! YES! YES AGAIN!…read more My boyfriend and I had date night last Saturday, and it was our first time dining here. The staff was really nice, the restaurant was super clean, and the ingredients were fresh. I had the spicy Taiwanese soup base. My boyfriend had the Coconut Tom Yum. We enjoyed a nice selection of different meats such as pork, lamb, and beef. Seafood options include shrimp, squid, and octopus. Quail eggs, frog legs (if you're into that :), and tofu. The conveyor belt was super fun because you could watch it as it went by and pick up whatever garnishes you wanted. Green onions, mushrooms, parsley, cilantro, cauliflower ... I could go on and on. We also had dessert. My favorite is the red bean and macha ice cream! Can't wait to go back! ***ALSO order the tea***

This place offers a set price for Hot pot and is buffets style as well as conveyor belt delivery for veggies; you just swipe what you want. You start by picking a soup of choice and then you gather the food you need, cook it yourself in the pot and there are instructions and available on the wall for cooking times. It's relatively straightforward. Be careful with how much you grab as they will charge you for any excessive leftovers. I got the tom kha and my fiance got the tom yum. He found his soup to be a little on the lemony side for his taste but I think that's just a preference not a reflection of the quality of the soup. I loved my coconutty tom kha. Our waiter showed us how to operate the dial and gave us information about cooking time recommendation. We ordered some hot tea and had a wonderful time. The buffet appeared to be clean and the food fresh and well kept. I tried a variety of meat as well as seafood. The shrimp had a little bit of a previously frozen kind of taste but the scallops were excellent. I think in the end I'm not a big fan of the red meat even though it cooks quickly and tastes fine I just think preference wise I more so enjoyed loading up on the vegetables and noodles. The best thing I had there was the gyoza, so freaking good, highly recommend. It is worth noting that my fiance love the meat, so the great thing about this place is the variety and how multiple people can sit down and enjoy what they like, together. Drop by!
