To those people that are complaining about the salad bar, that has 30 different options or more, keep in mind that if you want salad the restaurant for you is called Just Salad and its much cheaper too. This place is all about the darn meat and the service. The churrasco masters come to your table NON-STOP. Have you ever been to those chains like Fogo ou Texas, where they come by your table once every 15 mins. WELL THAT IS NOT HOW THEY RUN THIS SHOW, you can barely finish eating the piece you got and there is 2 churrasco masters coming your way, its non stop rodízio. We had a 7 pm reservation but upon arrival we were given a pager and we were not seated until 7:30 pm. 3. There is no ambiance. 4. The salad bar was less than small. 5. We asked for water so they brought us a bottle of water while we were at the salad bar and then charged us for the bottle. We would not have drank it had we known that there was a charge for it. 6. As a pescatarian, I'm probably not the reviewer for you, but I'll try! We went here to celebrate a family birthday. I made a reservation, and I'm guessing on weekend nights, this is the way to go. From the outside, Pampa Gaucho Churrascaria doesn't look like much, but inside it is quite lovely. Tables have white linens and candles. There is a large, inviting salad bar in the middle of the room with many choices of greens, toppings as well as cheeses, shrimp, eggplant, crab salad and more. There are also some hot bar items: black beans, rice, polenta, large grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and plantains. There's an option to just have the salad bar. I opted for this. They included salmon and grilled pineapple for me. There was plenty of food and it was all well made. So if you're a vegetarian or pesco-veg, you'll still be well taken care of while your carnivorous table-mates go to town. And that they did. There was filet mignon, flank steaks, sausage, short ribs, chicken, Parmesan encrusted pork, and probably way more. The dining room bursts with activity as servers visit the tables with this wide assortment of mostly rotisserie meats. Desserts are not included, and there are many options on the menu. While I tried to convince the others for the flan, we went with the tres leches. It was fabulous! So try and save a little space for dessert if you can. We had 6:30 pm reservations for Valentine's Eve, arrived on time and were seated immediately. The restaurant was very busy and we were lucky to get a parking space. The hostess was very pleasant and our server arrived promptly with Brazilian cheese bread and drink requests. There was a full bar and wine list if desired. We were given the ok to visit the salad bar and we were very happy with the selection. I enjoyed the beets, asparagus and many salad greens to choose from. They had potato, chicken, tabouli salad and many other choices. There was also a cheese station with Serrano ham, chunks of Parmesan, blue, Gouda and other cheeses along with olives and a hot bar with potatoes, fried polenta, plantains and huge steamed shrimp. We tried not to fill up on the salad bar because our Gauchos arrived with one skewer after another. I had to turn my tag over because one side was their cue which meant yes please serve more meat!! The variety was amazing and I tried a little of everything, Sirloin, Filet Mignon, beef ribs, flank steak, chicken , sausage and lamb chops! I think I ate my boyfriend under the table! LOL I even left enough room for a coffee and shared a crème brûlée which was one of the best I've had! The tables were close together and it was a bit loud but it was probably because of the holiday. The prices were very fair for a holiday $59 per person for everything except drinks and desert. I was happy they kept their set price even on the holiday. Our servers were very helpful and the atmosphere was very homey and I could tell would be very comfortable without the large crowd. There was also an outdoor area but no one was dining outdoors. Had dinner here about a week ago. The (cold) salad bar was okay - nothing special. The hot bar included rice, beans, polenta, etc. But you're not there for that - you're there for the meat! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. It was a great evening. It is a nice inside. It is cozy. The low lighting was perfect. This is a Brazilian-style stake house with a wide variety of meats. I found the salads and side dishes yummy. Everything was beautifully arranged and replenished. I especially liked the polenta and the warm cheese bread. The meats were tender and tasted great. I OD on them. I had to roll myself out of that place. The food was that food. I was I. What a surprise to find how wonderful this restaurant is... We'd come for a birthday party. The birthday girl chose the location, and we were hesitant at first. I can't eat the volumes that you'd need to to "get your monies worth" anymore. And we weren't familiar with the restaurant itself. We were a party of eight. We couldn't have received better service. Every one of the staff members were fantastic. They were helpful and responsive to all our requests. And even anticipated our requests. They have two tables of salad bar items should you wish to begin with that. Some members of our group took advantage of the offerings, and some did not -- saving room for all the meats. I browsed the bar and enjoyed some cheeses and olives and a few tastes of appetizer like things but skipped most of the hot side dishes (spinach, polenta, rice and beans, etc. etc.). They have the usual system of chips that you turn from red to green to indicate whether or not you're taking a break or want more food. You can also request various specific types of meats. I like my meat well done and once they knew that, they made sure to offer me those choices. Of all the meats that I tried, I liked the lamb chops and the flank steak the best. My husband loved their cinnamon crusted roast pineapple and the leg of lamb. My least favorite was the chicken wrapped in bacon -- which wasn't bad, just a tad dry compared to all the other delicious meats. The birthday girl had brought her own cake, which they nicely cut at the table (after we sang and she blew out the candles we had). All in all this was one of the better group dining experiences. Exquisite! We are thrilled to have ventured out of our home area for a taste of Brazilian steakhouse offerings. Today's my dad celebrates 67 and he's been asking for a few years for an authentic take on steakhouse offerings we had experienced almost a decade ago.Loved the ambiance, beautiful white tablecloths , very crisp and clean aesthetic which invited the warmth of close connections and celebration. The attention and consistent rotation of offerings were well paced and each sample played with the palate of a rich cut to your preference. For the first time we saw pineapple grilled and offered and that changed the game of our dinner for sure, the pineapple cut down the portion and balanced it out sweetly too. Estephanie was very attentive, sweet and good mannered as she heard my request to keep up with the birthday dad and just indulge him with his request. One of my favorite! I love love coming here. It's not too big and the food here is delicious. One of my pet peeve at a Brazilian steakhouse is that the meat is always so salty. This place is one of the many that is not salt crazy. The meat is seasoned so well here. We try to come about once a month. Service is always on point. The drinks here are not so crafty. It's normal beer and wine. They do have a full bar and can make whatever but don't expect any crafty beverages. They have a smaller selection buffet but it's filling.
