Hibachi Chicken. Partially eaten. Very good!
    Trilby P.

Every time we went to Hobby Lobby or the Dollar Tree we could always smell the aroma that was obviously not Subway. Finally stopped in today for lunch. The people were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Enormous side of fried rice which was simple and had a good flavor. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The steak was tender and had a good flavor as well. I brought half of my food home because there was no room for me to eat it all. My husband brought home nearly half of his, too. Prices are relatively low. We watched the fellows in the kitchen cleaning once the food orders were caught up. Will definitely return here for our "cheap date" night as the two of us can split an order and leave satisfied.

This is a Japanese Steakhouse in a fast-food environment. The food is phenomenal.

This is a Japanese steakhouse in a fast food environment. The front lobby is clean the kitchen appears to be clean the staff is friendly. There's a public restroom. The prices are not cheap they run like $6.99 to $26.99 for a habachi dinner with just rice and cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and broccoli are $1.00 each but the food is phenomenal it is definitely Steakhouse quality at half the price. I wouldn't go on a date here but I would get food from here and take it home and put on plates and serve it to somebody because it's that good. There's plenty of parking. They have something called egg yolk sauce which is just phenomenal you have to try it on your meal it's worth the extra money. I had the Hibachi steak dinner and I added all the extra vegetables and it was so worth it the vegetables were fresh slightly crisp everything was cooked to Perfection the rice was great this is a wonderful wonderful place to get great food. This place is closed on Sunday.

I bought 2 steak hibachi meals, fried rice, and crab Rangoon. It was pretty good and was enough food for a decent sized family.

They're genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. They're highly attentive and are great at ensuring you feel comfortable during your visit. The food is AMAZING! The ramen is packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and consistently delicious every time I visit. Their drink selection is just as impressive as the menu and pairs well with the food. For my birthday, I was happy to try this place out since this location was close to home. Columbus is slowly becoming the place for all things foodie and geeky and I love that for us! This place is located on the 1280 W 5th Street and Northwest Blvd. There is parking in the front, and the restaurant is small and cozy. The seating is for parties of 4 to 5 but arrangements can be made so talk to a server. The menu offered everything from drinks, small place to ramen and I wanted to try more. We got the salt and pepper shrimp, the Kyushu Karaage (Japanese fried chicken), Hot tea and Takoyaki for a group of 5. Everything was piping hot and delicious and lightly seasoned to bring out the flavors of the overall dish. The servers were sweet and extremely helpful for explaining what things were and me, being a ramen nerd, could sit back and relax. I got the Kyushu Black Garlic Tonkotsu. It was so GOOD!! I love the taste of black garlic and the umami in the dish was so pleasant. The noodles were chewy, and the pork slices were so tender. The Tendernism! IYKYK. 5 stars for a great birthday meal that did not break the bank. Well, my friend covered my bill. :)

Looks to be doing half dine-in and half carry-out business. I stayed, and table service was better than I expected, considering they had a steady stream of customers coming and going (and sometimes staying to eat.) And the food was better than I expected. Not the best hibachi ever, but way better than I thought it would be here. I did pass on the sushi- Circleville stripmall sushi was not appealing. But with hibachi in the name I figured that was their specialty, and it was pretty darn good. I got steak and chicken, and there was plenty of each, tender and flavorful, cooked to order (I got the steak medium; a carryout customer got hers "well well well well done.") Comes with a salad that was surprisingly good, though I think that's the first time I've had Bac-os in decades. Also miso soup, and a "side" of veggies on top of the entree. Lots of pretty good fried rice, good portions of meat and veggies. The chicken was cooked in sauce, and a bowl of yum yum came out for the steak. Not enough for leftovers, but plenty to fill me all the way up for supper. Reasonably priced for what it is. If I lived in town I'd come once in awhile. They also have ramen. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and efficient. Parking is in a busy strip; looked like bigger lots at either end.
