The whole concept is incredibly efficient; you place and pay for your order at a kiosk, watch your food being prepared right in front of you, grab it when it's ready, and clear your own dishes when you're done. We ordered the Curry Bomb Tonkotsu along with soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings. Everything was fresh, and packed with flavor. We like a little extra heat, so we added chili oil to the soup and it took it to the perfect spice level for us. Quick service, great quality, and a fun, modern dining experience. We ordered the Sushi & Sashimi for 2 - the premium selection. It's served with a miso soup and salad with ginger dressing. The soup and salad were pretty good. It's the sushi that's the star, though.
