It's a family-owned restaurant that's been around for about 40 years, and the owners are actually there and involved, which I think says a lot. The service has always been great, and I love that you can choose whatever kind of night you're in the mood for -- sit on the hibachi side for the whole experience, or head over to the sushi side if that's more your flavor. And the sushi is easily some of the freshest I've had anywhere around here. After 15 years of going back, there's a reason I still recommend them.
