Why is the service so horrible here? Every single time we come, without fail, service is slow to pick plates up, drink refills are just super slow as well, and once you're finished you wait a loooooong time for your check. The first time they come to the table I always, now, ask for our check so we don't have to wait the 10-15mins after we're done. The employees are just non-existent and ghosts while you are there. The food is fine, I'd give it a solid 3.5 out of five. I really appreciate the hibachi grill part of everything. The ingredients seem to always be fresh and plentiful. This is my second time eating here. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces however slightly much harder to find a good parking spot due to busier today, since today is Mother's Day. The restaurant itself is very busy today. There was even a line when we got here at 2pm. The line go very fast. Service wise , I think it could be better, no refill on water etc but again there are a lot of customers. The food taste better today than the last time I went here. Although I cannot say much, I suppose I will compose of my thoughts of this place as much as I can. Tables and seats defientley weren't the cleanest, but at least privacy was given. Restrooms were decent. The floor was decent, an overall average on cleanliness but I wish remedies were done. Service was decent, nothing special. Our waitress checked up every once in a while. Buffet options are a wide spread, including desserts. Freshness I cannot exactly say the same for, most is fine but i'd stay away from the sushi. Mad cold. Food has been a huge part of my life and it's one of the ways my family communicates with one another. Having said that, it hurts on a personal level when I go to a restaurant and it deeply disappoints me. When first walking in I noticed how the ambience was very dim. However, I was greeted fairly well and didn't really have to wait long to be seated. Things started going downhill when I started eating the food. I had gotten a couple of plates of food and I had a very hard time eating and swallowing the chicken. The texture of the chicken was its biggest downfall. The breading of the chicken was mushy while the meat was very hard and tough. Most of the meat was covered in a very sweet sauce which made it incredibly difficult to taste anything else in the dish. Customer service was another thing that this place struggles with. There was multiple times when they left to get me a refill and brought back a different drink each time. I do understand that mistakes happen and people are going to mess up. However, when I did express multiple times that I did not want this drink they would just look at me and say, "sorry." I also wanted to point out that some of workers were bad mouthing some of the customers. To the point my Omni lingual girlfriend was getting upset and frustrated with them. I do understand that this is a buffet, but I do believe that every restaurant has an obligation to have good food and great customer service. No matter what kind of restaurant it is. We went on a Thursday towards the end of the dinner rush. Do not do this, ever. I'm sure it's an unspoken rule of buffets that I didn't know. My first impression is that the restaurant is dirty. The duplicate signs on the buffet lines, and on the table, reminding customers not to take more than they can eat is excessive. The sign on the table was even dirty with dried splashes of soup and/or sauce on it. It made me anxious to eat there because I was worried that I would get charged if I didn't like something. It was $42 for two people and we struggled to find anything leftover that was still edible. The prices weren't posted anywhere, there were no menus, and another customer had to tell us to go ahead and eat because we were just sitting there. They cleaned up at 8:00 but their hours are listed until 8:30. We were the last to walk out at 8:10 when someone was trying to come in for dinner who was turned away. I'm really trying to find something positive but struggling - oh the mushrooms and tofu was good. And we didn't get sick. I wanted to like this place, but it was comically bad. I always start a Buffet with Crab Rangoon, egg roll, and sweet and sour chicken and chicken on a stick. They were all cold! 11/9/2025 Had a day out with my Grandson. He is autistic and has neurologic issues, I also have some health issues. We visited the Pan-Asian supermarket and stopped at the Hibachi Grill. At the Hibachi Grill all was fine until my 9 year old Grandson told me one of the severs had made a W.T.F comment to him as he walked by then on alert I noticed the rolled eye's when they came to our table, We were not offered any refills on our drinks and were otherwise rude to us. I am pretty tough skinned but to mock and make fun of a 9-year boy I cannot tolerate so as I was paying, I said something to the cashier who decided it was funny and was visibly giggling at me as I spoke to him this convinced me to write this review here and anywhere else I can find to post. Soups, sushi, hibachi grill made fresh to order, seafood, chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian options, crab Rangoon, fresh fruit....there is truly something for everyone here. Everything is fresh, hot, and delicious!! Highly recommend! Both of my sons loved it too! The staff quickly removed dirty plates and dishes, and they are constantly cleaning so it is very clean. Tonight, July 17th, 6 pm. Our review: We have dined here several times, but tonight will be our last night. Last time we went, on a Saturday night, they didn't have enough food and one of the buffet sections didn't even have food. BUT Tonight.. it was the last straw. They were out of butter. NO butter anywhere. So no butter for the corn, or the veges, and they never have had melted butter for the crab legs, which are scarce. Tonight 2 of the buffet sections were closed, and when it came to the desert area, old cake that was down to one piece each. If you like shrimp, the shrimp is good. The cocktail sauce is good. But when it came to other main entree's, there was tilapia white fish. 2 pieces broken in half. So tonight, when we finally did pay, we just said, "NO BUTTER NO TIP". I was just under $40 for 2 adult buffets and it was extremely disappointing. If they can't stock the main staples, such as butter, why would they have other main ingredients. Total fail!!! Most food items at the bar were not labeled at all with a label so you don't even know what it is. There just aren't many options either. The name is "supreme" buffet and there was nothing supreme about this place. I've been to buffets that have everything and beyond. This place is just slacking in all departments. The food was not up to temperature either, I got 2 wings and they were room temp. I mostly ate the teriyaki chicken sticks and crab rangoons and called it a night. When I went to pay the check I asked why isn't the hibachi opened and the man said the guy didn't come in. Thats not really a good excuse, to me it seemed because the customer flow wasn't there for it but that's just my opinion.
