The texture was kind of chewy, like it had been frozen too long. Not that it was bad, it smelled and tasted fine, but I would rate this on par with grocery store quality. The salad was cold and crunchy but pretty flavorless and was half full of liquid on the bottom. The waitress asked me if I wanted anything else while I was still eating and brought the check. I was still out of there a half hour before closing time, but apparently not fast enough. The price point was surprisingly low, especially for this area, but I found no value in it.
