I wandered in, and tried on about 6 pairs before I found some I liked. The fitting room experience was easy, but they weren't well monitored as they were full of clothing others had left behind. Apart from that, the store seemed organized fairly well. I also did a return a few days later, which went quick and smooth. As I checked out, the staff member at the register scanned a coupon for me, discounting over $20 off my jeans that I didn't anticipate. That was a nice surprise! They had remodeled since my last visit here (like I said, many years ago) and it felt like a TJ Maxx or Marshall's experience. Random junk to buy in the checkout line, they call your number to a register up front when available.... Anyway. It was an overall nice and easy experience, and I happily found what I needed.

"Do you work here? I'm trying to find..." and she was annoyed, as if I'm supposed to know that she works there. She looked in a direction and said "they're over there." That's better than nothing. I found what I needed to buy and got some other things. The amazing thing about this store is that it is organized. If you go to Westgate Mall in Saratoga or Great Mall in Milpitas, you'll know what I mean. You'll be lucky to find anything because you have to watch for clothes on the floor. The cashier was pleasant. Even security was pleasant when I entered the store.

And explain to me that that's why it was discounted well how was I to know that it was discounted and assuming that it had tape on the openings that it was unopened. How is one to know if something isn't complete usually you say something or it's labeled incomplete from my experience. Has to speak to the manager manager said no she couldn't do anything and she had to charge me the difference even though she admitted that it was partly their fault. So two wasted trips and still didn't get what I needed. It's okay cuz I won't be going back. I'll stick to real stores that have real policies and better products I guess that's what I get for going to a low end store. They proceeded to tell me the scan machine said I wore a size 10. Whoa, I been wearing a size 9 my entire life except when buying from china and they only have half sizes. So I have wore some size 9 1/2 before but a 10? Lady helping me says "let me just get some 10's and if you don't like them you can fire me". Well, I'm pretty sure this is a waste of time but go ahead. Size 10 on my foot and there 3/4" from my big toe to the tip of the shoe and I got 1/2" side to side. The shoe was like I was gonna be participating at the circus! lol. SO I said no, lol, I'm not interested in a size 10. She went into the spill of how I wouldn't receive the warranty bla bla bla.
