Spent $1500 on two sets of adapters and both sets had major issues.. on front semi adapters set, the studs were too short and despite advertising for my exact year and model, a step in adapters to clear caliper was not machined .. despite buying several sets of semi truck lug nuts , ALL were taller than studs and at best protruded 1/4 above studs.. dot requires a minimum of 3 threads past lug nuts... On rear set, mounting holes were too deep causing tapered nuts to bottom on studs shoulder.. very poor engineering on both... Customer service NEVER returned my emails... stay away. read more

This company is a hugeeee scam. Ordered adapters that were custom made specifically for my bmw. 5x112 was what I ordered and what my lug bolt pattern is. They sent me like a 5x112.5 or some bs that did not fit on my car and couldn't even fit my lug bolts in the hub. Tried reaching out.. it's impossible they will ghost you and won't respond to any messages and say it's your fault you got what you ordered. $350 on some bs that I can't even sell on Facebook marketplace because it's a faulty scam product! Placed an order for a pair of uncommon size wheel adapters - 5 lug to 8 lug...they sent me a tracking # 3 days later, another 4 days later the package tracking # never changed and had NOT shipped yet...that got me concerned, and then I read all these reviews which didn't help, so I emailed them to see what was going on...waited another 3 days no email response...gave them a call talked to a guy who said they will ship in 1-2 days they are being made now...waited another 4 days, still NO update on shipping...called again talked to a nice lady that apologized for the delay, explained they down on workers and so on, but nice. Once again she told me they will ship in 1-2 days... 2 days later they finally shipped out, got them a few days later waiting a total of 3 weeks. crappy product and crappy customer service. these guys are worse then venom wheel and that says a lot. Ordered a set of HUB CENTRIC wheel spacers. The part of the adapter that bolts to the truck was too loose and was sitting in the studs and the part that bolted to the wheel was too tight and required shaving to fit. The bolts took several more turns to tighten compared to the OE bolts, lol they were stretching way more. When I contacted them about the rear hub being too loose they said "that's in spec" Which is a lie because the whole point of a hub centric wheel spacer is to support the weight of the vehicle in the HUB, NOT the STUDS. Despite speaking to them on the phone prior to order to make sure I got the right ones, and following that call again after discovering they dont fit, I was told again they should have fit. Only one axle in this year of diesel van... Regardless of that, the issue really was how they handled it. They told me the only option was for me to pay them to re open them, and to pay shipping both ways.... This company needs entirely new management - Dealing with these guys was a hassle. Their descriptions for some wheel spacers are incorrect. When you try to return the item, they won't even give you a return label, so you have to pay for the shipping yourself. On top of that, they hit you with a ridiculous 30% restocking fee. I purchased 12mm spacers for my C5 Corvette and the lug nuts they provided are not even close to the proper size/fit. I sent a chat with several photos and the response was they don't alway fit your car type answer, WHAT!!!. This place is a SCAM! I purchased wheel spacers from them at the beginning of December and got tracking info a few days later that said the label was created but USPS was awaiting the item. I let it go for about a week and then contacted them inquiring about no movement. the assured me it would leave that day (mind you they'd had my money for over a week now). Still never moved. I gave it about another week, sent another email with no reply. I opened a dispute with PayPal for INR and that sat for nearly another 3 weeks while PayPal twiddled their thumbs. Ultimately I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card and got my money back, and PayPal closed my case since I disputed with my financial institution and won and got my money back. Can I give 0? Ordered a set of adaptors for a 2018 Rav4. Ordered the adaptors on Shop (my first mistake- they offer no recourse for bad vendor's using their platform). I had done a very cursory Google search of Wheel Adaptors USA on Google to see if they were legit. 'ScamAdvisorTrustScore' gave a rating of 99%. I'm very sorry I didn't dive a little deeper than that. I ordered the adaptors, they didn't arrive for weeks. Called, emailed Wheel Adaptors- no movement. Finally, out of the blue, the adaptors arrived. Machine marks all over, wrong size studs and way too skinny to every accept the lugs they're bolted to AND the lug nuts required to affix the adaptor to the hub. I ordered adapters for my car to find out they don't even have a pilot hub to accept a wheel? the wheel shop refused to mount these spacers let alone mount my wheels as they said these spacers are not designed properly. When I requested a refund and offered to send them back, I was denied a refund with no explanation. Not only are these adapters incredibly over priced, but they showed up gauged and scratched all over the place and come with extremely low quality hardware. Purchased a set of wheel spacers for an F150 with lug kit. Purchased for the correct year except the spacers that arrived must not have been machined down to the correct hub bore and the lug nuts that were meant for "aftermarket" wheels were clearly too thick and would not fit the lug holes for my setup. I did not want to spend $$ on shipping return when they sent me the wrong Adapters in the first place.
