I dont like to leave bad reviews but my experience here was horrible. Despite speaking to them on the phone prior to order to make sure I got the right ones, and following that call again after discovering they dont fit, I was told again they should have fit. Only one axle in this year of diesel van... Regardless of that, the issue really was how they handled it. They told me the only option was for me to pay them to re open them, and to pay shipping both ways.... This company needs entirely new management - Dealing with these guys was a hassle. Their descriptions for some wheel spacers are incorrect. When you try to return the item, they won't even give you a return label, so you have to pay for the shipping yourself. On top of that, they hit you with a ridiculous 30% restocking fee. It's crazy that they charge that much for a tiny part as if they do not have a large warehouse, it's as if you're retuning a large, heavy item. Waste of time and money. I purchased 12mm spacers for my C5 Corvette and the lug nuts they provided are not even close to the proper size/fit. I sent a chat with several photos and the response was they don't alway fit your car type answer, WHAT!!!. The lug nuts they sent are flat out dangerous so be careful if you decide to us these guys, I won't ever again for my safty!! This place is a SCAM! I purchased wheel spacers from them at the beginning of December and got tracking info a few days later that said the label was created but USPS was awaiting the item. I let it go for about a week and then contacted them inquiring about no movement. the assured me it would leave that day (mind you they'd had my money for over a week now). Still never moved. I gave it about another week, sent another email with no reply. I opened a dispute with PayPal for INR and that sat for nearly another 3 weeks while PayPal twiddled their thumbs. Ultimately I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card and got my money back, and PayPal closed my case since I disputed with my financial institution and won and got my money back. Can I give 0? Ordered a set of adaptors for a 2018 Rav4. Ordered the adaptors on Shop (my first mistake- they offer no recourse for bad vendor's using their platform). I had done a very cursory Google search of Wheel Adaptors USA on Google to see if they were legit. 'ScamAdvisorTrustScore' gave a rating of 99%. I'm very sorry I didn't dive a little deeper than that. I ordered the adaptors, they didn't arrive for weeks. Called, emailed Wheel Adaptors- no movement. Finally, out of the blue, the adaptors arrived. Machine marks all over, wrong size studs and way too skinny to every accept the lugs they're bolted to AND the lug nuts required to affix the adaptor to the hub. I ordered adapters for my car to find out they don't even have a pilot hub to accept a wheel? the wheel shop refused to mount these spacers let alone mount my wheels as they said these spacers are not designed properly. When I requested a refund and offered to send them back, I was denied a refund with no explanation. Not only are these adapters incredibly over priced, but they showed up gauged and scratched all over the place and come with extremely low quality hardware. I have also learned these spacers are very inconsistent with their fitment due to poor machining accuracies. This company is a joke, shit product and even worse customer service. Purchased a set of wheel spacers for an F150 with lug kit. Purchased for the correct year except the spacers that arrived must not have been machined down to the correct hub bore and the lug nuts that were meant for "aftermarket" wheels were clearly too thick and would not fit the lug holes for my setup. I did not want to spend $$ on shipping return when they sent me the wrong Adapters in the first place. They would not accept the return package because the boot lickers there were told by their boss not to accept any packages there. I had a RA number on the return box. They, the owner of the business wants you the customer to spend your hard earned money to pay for shipping on returning merchandise. I ordered lug nuts from Wheel adapters USA on 6/24/20 on 6/25/20 I received an email stating the parts had shipped. 7 days later I noticed there wasn't any activity on the tracking so I emailed them. I got no response. I called several more times and nobody answers and the call goes straight to USPS who also wont pick up the call. On 07/07/20 I emailed again because on they're recording it says email is the fastest way to get a response. Still no response to my emails. It is now 7/11/20. I have made a complaint with Paypal to refund my money and still no response from the seller. There are 45 complaints on the BBB website with the same problem. No return calls, no emails, no product. The tracking # claims the package is sitting and waiting approval. Same as all the other customers. I have ordered a dozen other products from all around the country since I ordered from Wheel Adapters USA and I have received them all. Wheel Adapters USA claims its delayed because of Covid.
