I search the requirement to play there and it states since 2020 VHIC enable me and my guest to play. I had played Kaneohe Klipper a couple years ago which also requires me to go to the check point building with my guest and allowed us to play there. So...WTF this MP is talking about? We left and went to the Navy Marine course that was off base a few miles away. Got on to pay in half an hour. Can't describe this course condition but Navy Marine course was great. Played there 3 times last year and 3 times this year. Who knows how many customers the MP are turning away. Got a phone message saying "I missed my tee time and did I forgot about it." Tried calling back at the phone number provided and the phone was not in service. I even searched and found "active service personnel number to call", to play and that was not in service. MP should update their knowledge of what Vets with VHIC card privileges are! Quite disappointed! Sorry for the bad review but if no matter if Mamala Bay course is a Championship Golf Course many are not able to see or play it.

Never thought I'd enjoy virtual golf as much as I do now…read more Last year, I signed up for a membership because I used to go to the driving range 2-3 times a week and play on the course every other week. With how much driving range prices have increased over the years, the membership has actually helped me save money each month. Being able to play 18 holes twice a week on the simulator alone makes it worth every penny. The Golfzon simulator is also the best one I've tried compared to other sims. One feature I really enjoy is being able to track my stats and review my swing analysis videos directly in the Golfzon app on my phone -- something I can't get at a regular driving range. I also enjoy the flexibility of having private late-night sessions after a long day at work. It's a great alternative to the gym and a fun way to switch things up. Bringing friends to play in the virtual league has been a blast too. On top of that, the owner, Anant, is very welcoming and accommodating. The members I've met are all different skill levels, and everyone has been super friendly and cool. This is definitely the golfing community I've been looking for.

I love that you get the whole place to yourself, the room is huge and there's a lot of things to do aside from the simulator itself. Entertainment- putting area, 2 arcade games, karaoke, cards, 2 smart tvs. Food/comfort- tables, extra chairs, 2 comfy sofas, refrigerator, microwave (can bring your own drinks and food) Parking is easy to find, we just park by Hawai'i USA and take the elevator up. Kahi is an easygoing guy and made everything simple to understand when teaching us about how to use the simulator. We liked it so much that we signed up for membership that day. We're here maybe like once a week. It's also kid friendly! We have a 1 and 4 yr old that we bring sometimes. We always book the 2hr reservation and that gets us through an 18hole course (2 players) and time for driving range or parts of another course after. They also have an app connected with the simulator that records your swing and gives you feedback on it. It records your scores on the courses too. Booking is also super easy! Communication with the owners is also really good, they respond pretty quickly. So far they've done an outstanding job. If you love to golf, but can't go out to the courses all the time then a membership here or even just visiting here to try it out is definitely a must!

A lot goes into keeping the greens, and courses on Oahu, from having either being overly soaked, out or the opposite, becoming brittle and difficult to manage while playing golf. The fairways and scenery were really green and beautiful, for the full 18 holes. Upon arrival, the parking lot is semi covered by solar panels, and as you pull in, easy to navigate towards the clubhouse and proshop. Several options for hats and a few visors to choose from. Clothing and accessories are very affordable as well. The dining area served pretty good food. I was here for a tournament, so the food on the course was supplied, and also delicious, but I am not sure by whom. Friendly and helpful proshop staff as well! The carts were equipped with electronic GPS and never had any issues. I can't wait to play this public course again!

Pro shop has a good assortment of apparel and equipment. No practice driving range. Only downside here is the incredibly loud noise levels from the adjacent HNL airport (the arriving aircraft literally are just a hundred feet overhead on some sections of the golf course) and the adjacent military base which was having constant practice automatic weapon fire drills during my entire 4.5 hour golf game. Bring ear plugs and enjoy the game.

It has an upscale feel without feeling stuffy. The atmosphere is relaxed, everything is extremely clean and well maintained, and there's so much more to do than I expected -- golf, karaoke, electronic darts, a crane game, food and drinks. The private golf rooms are huge and set up for different levels and types of golfers, and they also have karaoke in the rooms where you can simply pay per song. You could easily come here with golfers and non-golfers and everyone would have something to do. The food and happy hour are fantastic. I had the pork nachos, Maui onion salad and a dirty vodka martini, and my entire bill was under $40 during happy hour. For Honolulu, especially with this atmosphere and level of service, that is an incredible value. And the food was genuinely delicious. What impressed me most, though, was the staff. Koi was an absolute sweetheart. She paid attention to the little things and showed a level of care that you don't encounter everywhere. I was recording some content for social media, and everyone was incredibly accommodating. At one point I was getting warm in the corner where I was sitting, and Koi immediately offered to move me to the other side of the restaurant so I would be more comfortable. She was constantly attentive without hovering, and you could tell that she genuinely cared about my experience. Kino, the bartender, was also wonderful -- very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He took the time to show me around, explain the different golf rooms and answer my questions rather than just pointing me in a direction. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Between the cleanliness, food, prices, golf rooms, karaoke, electronic darts, location, games and especially the service, Aya has created a really unique experience. Come for happy hour even if you don't golf. I absolutely plan on coming back. Koi and Kino made an already great place even better.

There is new management (Gerry) in the pro shop at Ke'alohi, whom worked between 7pm-10pm 2/14 and is absolutely horrendous. He has some sort of superior mentality on him and was so rude. We started the 9 holes around 8 Pm with a group of 6. At 8:40 pm while we were finishing up hole 4 all of the lights on the course turned off. We had to call multiple times to let him know we were still out on the course and finishing hole 4, he instantly acted annoyed that he had to turn the lights back on an hour before they closed. When we were in the middle of hole 6 at approximately 9:05pm, Gerry walked out to us and told us that our group of 6 with need to split into two groups because of "pace of play" . I would normally understand however there was absolutely no one else on the course and it would have taken us longer to finish waiting for half our group to finish each hole before the next half started because we had been hitting a few people at a time when we could. After he told us we needed to split up, he proceeded to say "you guys need to hurry the lights turn off in less than 20 minutes" which would be approx 9:20 pm. I proceeded to let him know online says 9:45pm and that never in the many times we have played have they turned off prior to that. His response was "okay 40 minutes then". While walking off he actively signed and let out a "whatever". We decided to skip a hole so we could have extra time to speak with him about the issues. We took our bags out to our vehicle at approx 9:35 pm after finishing hole 9. When we were getting ready to walk back in he already had the course and shop closed completely and was walking to his vehicle with his wife whom had been waiting on him. He was leaving before the course was supposed to even close. This was the absolutely worst visit, and we'd love the much older gentleman who use to run the pro shop back!

They took our clubs at the parking lot stand and placed the clubs on our cart. We grabbed a few clubs and walked over to the grass range, which was in decent shape. The course is great for all skill levels because it's pretty wide open and very well manicured. The rough is cut down pretty low so even if you miss the fairway, you still gotta shot at it. Playing the blues, the course is pretty long but manageable. The greens were in great shape and bunkers were great looking, although luckily I didn't have to play out of any of them. While it's a well maintained course, I thought the layout was kinda boring and predictable. Lots of good views and photo ops around the course, although the course has minimal ocean views. We had some vouchers from our hotel which we could use at the pro shop but not the snack bar. We ended up with a couple of bag tags, ball markers and a logo ball (gift set) which they engrave your name in the bag tag which is pretty cool for $20 for everything. The rest of the pro shop is pretty pricey though. Overall, glad we got to play it. I think the price point is what would keep me from playing again, but it's hard to beat when it's less than 5 minutes from our hotel.
