Dennis came out to the parking lot, installed the new battery. We didn't even have to get out of the car on a very hot day. Dennis' customer service was over and above my expectations. The bulb was super delicate and I would've definitely busted it if I had tried installing it myself. This store made us waste over 2 hours because they gave us the wrong part. We had to wait for the…read morepart (alternator) to be shipped in, but we wanted to get it quicker so went to a different location that had the part. However, this store was the one who charged us the wrong part. They were unprofessional and gave little assistance, it looked like they were guessing on which specific part to charge us. It ended up being the wrong part when we tried to install so we had to drive another 30 minutes to that second location to exchange the part. The second store was much nicer and actually gave us the RIGHT PART. And most importantly-- IT WAS LIKE 50 BUCKS CHEAPER (whole part was basically 400$). So this store charged us for the MOST EXPENSIVE AND NOT CORRECT FOR OUR CAR ALTERNATOR. Learn how to do your job correctly please and double check your parts so poor people don't end up wasting their whole days over your pathetic little scams to overcharge customers!

After two years and countless scratches on and under my bumper, another high end car shop doing other work on my car confirmed that the Xpel "wrap" and the plate both saved my bumper and paint job. I brought my Tesla back to Ross and he replaced the wrap and confirmed that the car was protected by his original wrap.It looks fantastic it looks brand new. The Castle Honda service is about as useless as anyplace I have ever been to. First of all as a dealer they charge so much more for any type of maintenance then other mechanics. I went here today to try and find information on the code for the navigation system in my car. I called and they said to look in the manual for the code so I poured through the Navigation manual & the owner manual trying to find the 4 digit code unable to find it I made a trip to the service dept hoping that they could show me where the information was in the manual. When I walked in the guy sitting at the desk was doing nothing. I asked him if he knew where the information was. While he was flipping pages he asked me if I bought the car there. When I told him NO I didn't he seemed to lose any interest or desire to even assist me. The only other time I used Castle Honda they did a half assed job on a repair for my car that needed work to fix it about a 1 1/2 weeks later. I was in Hyde Park at the time when my car alternator & battery died. I had to have my car towed into the Honda Dealer Downtown on 1111 N Clark Street leave the car & take an Uber home. The only reason I came here is because it's the closest Honda Dealer to my house. NEVER AGAIN

Its close to my house....they changed the store around abit inside but I expect it to not have changed as far as service that much. I know alot of my friends have raved about Murrays before.
