I found Advanced Auto Parts on Dempster, large parking lot. I walked in and saw two kinds of wiper fluid right away. A nice customer let me go ahead of him. Dennis came out to the parking lot, installed the new battery. We didn't even have to get out of the car on a very hot day. Dennis' customer service was over and above my expectations. He knew I was a stressed grandma and was so kind, helpful and efficient with installing the new battery. I am so grateful for Dennis' help. I was here yesterday for my annual oil change/tire rotation (I only put like 2-3k miles on my car…read moreper year, if that). As always, impeccable service. I was there at 7:45am and all 3 service advisors were super friendly and happy for that early on a Friday :) I set up camp in the lounge to get some work done and after listening to the chef chat with other customers (again, both the chef and even the customers were all super nice and friendly) and seeing several people get some good looking food, I caved and got the French toast (it was great). I love that they don't try to upsell me. They said my car was in great shape and they didn't have any recommendations. I fully expected to have to replace my cabin filter because I'm at 21k miles and that's part of the recommended 20k service (which I didn't get). I would DIY that myself anyway, but they said everything is in good shape, so that saves me a bit of money for now. My only complaint is that I don't have memory seats because they always adjust my seats (even just for the car wash) and I can never quite get it back to my sweet spot lol. I'll keep that in mind for when I'm ready for a new car haha. I will always bring my car here and if/when I'm ready for an upgrade, I would 100% purchase from Fields. I'm just waiting for Lexus to offer another 0.0 or 0.9% financing special since I waited too long and let the my grad student rebate eligibility expire.

The person kept lying that "service would be done in few mins" 2. Service rep incorrectly assumed the car was from a rental agency. 3. After maintenance, the car was sent to car wash and the car got "lost" and advisor spent 1hr finding the car and finishing the wash. Was eventually told that the car in the service line never got in the queue for wash. 4. Also noticed a wrong key was handed to another customer. Absolutely chaotic management and gross service.
