However, this store was the one who charged us the wrong part. They were unprofessional and gave little assistance, it looked like they were guessing on which specific part to charge us. It ended up being the wrong part when we tried to install so we had to drive another 30 minutes to that second location to exchange the part. The second store was much nicer and actually gave us the RIGHT PART. And most importantly-- IT WAS LIKE 50 BUCKS CHEAPER (whole part was basically 400$). So this store charged us for the MOST EXPENSIVE AND NOT CORRECT FOR OUR CAR ALTERNATOR. Learn how to do your job correctly please and double check your parts so poor people don't end up wasting their whole days over your pathetic little scams to overcharge customers!

An employee here took one look and said "it's too hard". What's hard about pulling two screws with the correct tool (that we know you have), pulling out an old bulb, putting in a new one and screwing the screws back in? I went to another O'Reilly location and they did it for me in less than 10 minutes. Seems like the staff here were lazy and just didn't want to do it.

When my Hyundai Sonata's low beam warning light came on it meant I needed to make some calls and get Googling. A Hyundai dealer priced the light and install at about $130. I watched a youtube install. Aways harder for me to do than the guy who has done it 5,000 times. But, I decided to do it myself and bought the light from O'Reilly's, 5316 N. Milwaukee Ave. just off of 90/94. Still the reluctant mechanic, I asked the sales guy about an installation since they had once installed my wipers for free. It's something they do for everybody who buys wipers. Who knew? Jason A. was obviously an expert, unassuming and offered to replace my faulty low beam in a driving rain and in the freakn' parking lot for free, except for the price of the light, of course. Lights can be a much more complex process than wipers. Oh, I asked him what his job title was. Reply? Store Manager. From purchase to install, it took about 12 minutes. The kicker, I saved about $115 over a dealer's price for the combo install and product and Jason provided the best service imaginable. I left there feeling like I had won something.
