    Picked up a pair of 1.5" sockets (hard to find). When you need an auto part right away...this place solves the problem.

The employees looked annoyed, but the one guy who came out ended up being nice. Helpful, not so much. He said the battery is fine and I just need to drive it for it to recharge. Today my car won't start and I'm stuck. I need to find a company to come switch out the battery because it's in a weird spot in the car and I can't remove it myself. Had I gotten a different answer on Saturday, I could have driven it somewhere to get it replaced. Thanks guys!!!

I have been ubering all night and morning, so I tend to forget things when I'm overworked. But anyways when I asked for the other one, he didn't mention that it would have been cheaper to buy it online, so i ended up paying 9 dollars more smh. When I noticed it was more, he looked at me with a dirty look, like he wanted to call me an idiot. Don't come to this place for parts if you don't like to be treated disrespectfully & looked at dirty. And if you do stear clear of this rude person, Paul L. I'm never coming back to this place ever again.

The guys at the register are always slow to respond and ultimately indignant if they have to help me find an item or even answer a question. But this last time was a new low. Once again it took about 5 minutes just to get their attention in order to ring me up, but this time, there was about seven or eight "friends" of the two guys working there. Literally like eight guys all standing behind the register counter staring at the customer. Honestly, it felt and looked more like a gang then anything else. And of course, all of them staring at me while I bring my items to the counter for purchase. So sorry to interrupt! I'm just the dumbass customer that's doing the shopping, and not a part of the gang-related activities behind the counter! Well done AutoZone!

When I didn't get the confirmation email that they were ready to pick up, like I usually do when I order something from them online, I stopped by the store to find out why. It all ended up okay, because they refunded me the cost and sold me a different pair, but I'd expected it to be a quick trip, and it instead turned into more of a project. On the other hand, Adam, who installed the one headlight for me, was great -- excellent customer service on his part. The guy who was supposed to call me and didn't (and admitted it while I stood there)? Not so much. Fortunately, because I've purchased from them several times, I know this isn't the norm. It's just a shame that it happened.

I was impressed by Ross's product knowledge as well as his research into the various alternatives 'shields' that were advertised. So who 'shields' a Honda Fit? Well, it became clear during only 1 months driving on suburban streets and highways roads that the sloped front hood, lower air dam, and side mirrors would look like the moon's crater in a matter of months- and I didn't want that look for a new vehicle that I planned of keeping for several years- so I called Ross. I was impressed by the installation by the technician (Strapp) and his attention to detail as well as his professional attitude and politeness. Once the 'shield' was installed I didn't even notice it on my car. The coverage was comprehensive and the transparency of the film/shielding material allowed the smooth finish of my paint to shine through. I seriously didn't think it was done until I looked closely. We had the work completed in our garage and it took only 2 hours w/o any mess or cleanup. Your car is an investment/asset, and like any investment/asset you want protection or insurance for when you really need it. The Roadblock product installed by Midwest Autobahnd does that for me! I'm very happy I decided to purchase the full front end package as I do a lot of driving & because of the harsh Chicago winters. I'd definitely advise anyone looking to protect their investment to use the Roadblock product from Midwest Autobahnd to protect their paint.

Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous & very helpful & able to provide exactly what I have come for. I give them 5 Stars. I wish I could say the same about the service Dept for maintenance. The Castle Honda service is about as useless as anyplace I have ever been to. First of all as a dealer they charge so much more for any type of maintenance then other mechanics. I went here today to try and find information on the code for the navigation system in my car. I called and they said to look in the manual for the code so I poured through the Navigation manual & the owner manual trying to find the 4 digit code unable to find it I made a trip to the service dept hoping that they could show me where the information was in the manual. When I walked in the guy sitting at the desk was doing nothing. I asked him if he knew where the information was. While he was flipping pages he asked me if I bought the car there. When I told him NO I didn't he seemed to lose any interest or desire to even assist me. The only other time I used Castle Honda they did a half assed job on a repair for my car that needed work to fix it about a 1 1/2 weeks later. I was in Hyde Park at the time when my car alternator & battery died. I had to have my car towed into the Honda Dealer Downtown on 1111 N Clark Street leave the car & take an Uber home. The only reason I came here is because it's the closest Honda Dealer to my house. NEVER AGAIN
