I asked if I could take the two chairs from the other table that were not busted and they said no you have to take the ones that are on that table even though they were the exact same I'm extremely disappointed in this because I wasn't gonna pay $100 for a table and two chairs when one of them was busted and the other table that was different with the same two chairs was the same exact price and they wouldn't let me switch it. They also employ local former inmates who are reintegrating into the community, and these guys need all the help they can get, so this is a good aspect of patronizing the store. The building is new and there is plenty of parking. It is conveniently located, although the hours are a touch limited and vary from day to day. The store employees are friendly and accommodating. On one occasion I returned an item to exchange for one that would fit my needs and the manager approved the exchange despite a store policy that would have otherwise prohibited it. This seems like common sense but, well, it's not the thing you can just expect anymore. I did not give the store a five-star rating because the pricing on many of their items is comparable to new and/or higher quality items. I think the store and the brand would be better served by a pricing policy that rewarded patrons rather than offering a 'hit or miss' gambler's philosophy.

Since my return, I have come to many Sunday services (rather in person or online) and come to a few of the events hosted outside of a typical Sunday. The things I enjoy about coming to this church are the following: 1. There is a great community formed here that is supportive internally and externally to all people as well as their animals! -members of the church sharing prayer requests and joys on Sundays. Some of the testimonies people share during this time Is filled with many emotions from grief or something truly remarkable they did that week. Ultimately it's great to know God is working through everyone. -everyone is accepted as you are, truly. There are some Sundays I may be tired, or emotionally drained; coming into service here and being around many welcoming people do lift me up -When I had sinus surgery a few months members of the church sent me a card for a speedy recovery. -I am proud of the work they do to feed the homeless and to help with a form of Habitat for Humanity program. -they do clothes drive to donate to many local charities and organizations. -local Nashville musicians come to the service at times to provide their skills for the community which is always very welcomed/celebrated 2. I enjoy how Steph (the pastor) will preach from scripture and then go into providing a message that is easy to understand. Steven does a great job to help tie everything together from the service and music selection. He helps encourage others to be engaged to feel they're a part of something more. There are many times I will walk away from service feeling God's presence. I am thankful to be a part of this church and the community formed here. This was a great opportunity to put my thoughts down. I do think I would be a rather lonely person at times if it wasn't for this church. I had practically been out of church for a good 14 years. When coming back to Tennessee, I knew I had to change that. My heart craved it and my soul yearned it. My mom suggested I message a church friend living in Nashville to ask for a church recommendation. I never knew I'd find the most perfect fit at Glendale United Methodist Church. Per 3 of his recommendations, this is where I found myself. I never even considered other churches after the fact. I found my home at Glendale and with the members of our small church. Just in the small amount of time I've been a member (transferred my membership from my church from Jackson, TN where I was raised), we have gained roughly 30 new members. Our church is open, affirming, and we love everyone no matter where they're from and who they love. God works within the walls our church, but also outside in the community as well. I am overwhelmingly blessed to have such a wonderful place to worship. This is only reconfirmed everytime I interact with the members I otherwise wouldn't have had the pleasure to get to know. I am grateful for all of them.

The box actually looked like it had drifted through the 2010 Opryland atrium flood, I pictured it wedged between a kapok tree and bowl of artichoke dip. But, I mean it's a beautiful bronze faucet. It could withstand anything. Right?! Fast forward, missing parts clamps, washers , rings, returning plumbers , on line orders, wrong size replacement products. 20 hours later of labor and my time surfing the net to find the right part. I finally solved the problem. Told them and they said oh wow sorry. I asked for a discount for all the inconvenience and the money spent and time lost. They said. Oh I'm sorry. It's final sale I said but u just spent a month trying to find me the right parts and u got that wrong too. Yah but I saw on the box it said final sale. . Woo hoo. This is how we do it. Today I had to enter the scene of the crime for another issue, I did the sign of the cross in my car and asked for patience and understanding. As my 5.4" 120 lb self enters the showroom, I held my hand up to the 7'8" greeter -like trust me, you don't want any of this today. I headed over to customer service like a gangster ready to rumble and out of nowhere comes the running back from The Super Bowl trying to address me before I hit the counter. Clearly someone up front fired the canon and said all hands on deck. Crazy customer entering the building. And then ...........the clouds opened and I heard the angels sing. Derek with his big smile and his oh I'm sorry for what someone did to you, god forgive them for they know not what they do. Redemption today for HDC, William the giant at the door who can feel a room even if he can't read it and Derek the king of damage control, helped me in 2 minutes, apologized for the prior mishap and ordered the replacement shades I needed for the dumb bathroom vanity fixtures that the bulbs Burnt right through. ..nice to see good customer service and a subtle reminder to business owners, the name of ur company is the face at the door.
