Saw the reviews online and thought, ok, this place doesn't sound too bad, lets give it a try. Yeah....totally a waste of my time and money. The place looked pretty chill, except for the loud dj that was playing to a practically empty room. We then ordered the hookah (we got white peach), it was going pretty good for 15 minutes or so and then it got unbearably harsh. The server took forever to get us our green tea and on top of that they brought a mint tea instead of what we asked for. The place was pretty pricey for their crappy hookah and service. Overall for our hookah and tea, it came out to $20 bucks and we only stayed for 30 minutes cause our hookah turned to shit pretty right away. read more

Hidden Cafe catered 10 hookah's to my birthday party on Saturday. I can not tell you how amazed and fascinated everyone was to see the hookah's lined up. We chose 10 flavors and the guests ordered there hookah's at the table. David who was preparing the hookah's was the kindest, most polite and professional guy you could wish for. Yeah....avoid this place. $10 for a tiny bowl that burns out in a matter of minutes. They gave us hookahs with not enough water and a crappy hose that was obviously rotting as my girlfriend got a mouthful of questionables. The coal boy dropped coals on the floor and just left them there. Good idea. Not. Wanna know the best part?! I had to kill a ROACH that crawled out from under one of the back booths by the kitchen. We got 2 hookahs and it came out to $29.10. Really?......... Realy? If you invest a little money into a good hookah of your own, you'll have to pay $5 at least for tobacco and coals. Definitely go during happy hour and kill 1-2 hours. It's about $5 per person which isn't bad. I definitely recommend blending something (might cost $1-$2 more) with mint to make your hookah as refreshing as a mojito! read more

Hidden Cafe is my home. Most of the staff makes you feel like family. I absolutely love David, Mario, and George. Tareq, the owner, is great! If you get the funnel, your hookah will hit super well! The prices at Hidden are a little much, but as I said it's home to me. I wish coals would come out more often, though. It's a great overall atmosphere. I would recommend coming on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nights, or Friday nights because David is working and he is literally a hookah genius. This is by far my favorite place to come to smoke hooka. The workers will ask how your day is and actually listen and talk with you and treat you like a person rather than someone who just needs something. My hooka has never been forgotten and they're always attentive, if there's ever an issue they're quick to try and help with no eye rolls or attitude. They generally seem happy to be here which is refreshing. Also I love the fact you can always see the workers doing something, whether it's cleaning little things or checking on people. Excellent Customer Service, but probably the worst hookah I've ever smoked. The mix ratio was completely off, the quality of tobacco was very poor and the hose was not washed (server admitted as much). The ambience was good if it wasn't for screaming kids running around and into things. I sent my hookah back twice and they were very polite and forthcoming but the end result was not satisfactory. Whatever you do, do not order the gummy bear tobacco as it tastes like bug spray! read more

meh, that's how i felt about this place. went with some friends after dinner one night and the hookahs don't work very well? the coals weren't hot enough. the service is mediocre. the rose water i ordered tasted like water with an abundance of cherry syrup (yuck!) and the booths are pretty beat up. the prices are decent, but i probably won't be returning. read more

This place looks nice and comfortable but there is a boy by the name if Anthony that has very nasty manners when it comes to treating paying customers. But there's a place next door that are very nice and respectful. The owner and the hostess were wonderful people. I recommend you go to little Arabia instead of this place. After going to 3 other hookah lounges and leaving each one after waiting half an hour and not getting a hookah we final decided to make the drive out to this one. We had a hookah in under a minute, the music was good and loud but we were still able to talk to each other easily and it didn't smell like burnt shisha. I originally went to starbuzz but the people there are fake and you cant really talk to them they are full of themselves and dont talk at hidden the service is great if you make a request it will happen if something gets messed up its taken care of the coal service on saturdays is a little slower...(because im kinda new and its hard to position the coals perfectly) they are fast with requests even thoe sometimes they need reminders when its busy....overall its a friendly place and its like a family.... i love it there....and i must say.....im really glad i have my current position as your coal guy....if you see me say hi and let me help you have an amazing hookah experience with me and my coworkers who will help you as soon as you turn on your led light to signal us...or you can wave or come up to us....we are all friendly people who love to hangout and do stuff that you like to do smoke hookah:) we do requests and we can surprise you with amazing blends that we have created....so come on give us a try...im sure you will be pleased....and for 12$ a hookah for 3 people....our prices cant be beaten read more

i come here every chance i get and its amazing. its very comfortable and has a great atmosphere. the hookah is great, if you want a flavor that will blow your mind just ask one of workers to make you something :) Davis, who's is one of the workers usually makes the best mixes (although everyone elses mixes are really good too). Not only do the workers make good mixes but they are super friendly and give great service. You will never be short of coals. For the casual hookah smoker. Hidden is pretty close to my house, and when I don't feel like cleaning up to have people over, we usually head to a hookah lounge. Now, I've heard bad things about this place, and I figured I'd give it a shot. It ended up not being as terrible as I heard it was. Now for people who don't smoke hookah or aren't too into it, the place is fine, but has a somewhat disappointing menu of flavors (Only Starbuzz, filled with chemicals). They were using Khalil Mamoon pipes, which is the equivalent to a Honda. Looks alright, works just fine, lasts a while, but everyone and their mother has one. But, they're economical and like I said, work fine. So it's to be expected. The staff is CONSTANTLY flirting with female patrons and smoking with them, which in all honesty, is exactly what I'd try not to do. For Hookah aficionados and pros, this might be a place to introduce someone curious to hookah. But don't expect anything stellar. It's worth noting that the seating was really odd. Some parts have low couches typical for a lounge, but there were some tables and booths that look very out of place and are actually quite awkward. read more

Super chill lounge. Prices during happy hour are unbeatable! The lounge is dark, has lights, and plays awesome music videos. A lot of people just come here to relax by themselves, or with company to hangout. I love the apple flavored hookah, it's my favorite! Went last night during the UFC fight with two friends - the place was absolutely packed. We had to share a table with two other people and it was hard to walk around everyone. It was so dark and smoky in there, the place has really bad ventilation. We didn't get carded and all three of us are 19, I'm thinking it was probably because they were so busy. We got the paradise peach hookah ($10.50) which tasted really good, but the first one we got wasn't working so we had to wait 10 more minutes to get another one. The second one wasn't working perfectly either but we didn't care enough to complain again. They do have food for sale (sandwiches, appetizers) which I was kind of surprised to see and I thought it was cool that the place is open until 4am on Saturdays. They have movie nights on Sundays and Tuesdays and from what I hear they normally play music videos. So basically it's a cool place to hang out with friends if you're under 21 and want to stay out late in a club-like atmosphere. And it's in the same parking lot as an In-n-Out so if you get hungry, you can easily get some fries and a Double-Double. By the way, a dollar is a good tip at a hookah bar. read more

This hooka bar its definitely one of the best hookah bars i've been to. The hookahs always come outgood. Unlike many of the hookah bars ive gone to they never over pack the hookah head. Their service is also better than the local hookah bars. They are friendly and are always happy to help you. And they have a cool light system that makes the service alot quicker.This is for sure a great place to come any day with your friends. They can serve huge parties too. Plus on Sunday and Tuesdays they have movie night. Great night to come with a date. ;) They play good movies all the time. They also have low prices. Hookahs come out to $15 max and that is with any mix. And single nd mixes 12 Max. And hookahs are half of between 6 and8. CANT BEAT THAT .They alsohave a new look. Its roomy enough to move around and still has a whole lot of seating. They have a lot more couches than other hookah bars. I prefer this hookah joint over Fusion or Dream. It is relaxing, not too crowded, GOOD VENTILATION, and good ambiance. The Ice Hookah is great, very smooth. The service isn't so great. They definitely need more than 2 servers working a Saturday night. Still, I really like coming here. read more
