We went for the couple packages which was two one hour sessions. Upon our arrival we filled out some forms which she also took the time to explain to us what each form was for and why - really made us feel super comfortable that we weren't just signing any random form. As the teeth whitening service began, she explained our present teeth color and what all she would be doing during our procedure. My Fiance and I were really happy that Jo took the extra care and time to make us feel comfortable while explaining every step of the way so there were no surprises. The 1 hour procedure for each of us was broken up to 3 x 20 min procedures. Her massaging chairs, pink ambient lights, Spotify music and phone holder really make it easy to kick back and relax while the teeth whitening procedure is happening. After she added the gum protection and teeth whitening solutions we both were on our way to a better and brighter smile. During the procedure, my Fiance (who normally has sensitive teeth), requested to reduce the strength of the procedure and Jo skillfully adjusted and made the remaining procedure for my Fiance easy and smooth. At the end, both of us were shocked with how white Jo got out teeth after just one visit! Then she explained what not to do/eat during the first 24 & 48 hours, then we were all done! She told the owner, since I was the 3rd client she's had that had the same allergy, but has still not received the new moisturizer since their Beverly Hills office was so busy. Other than that, the entire experience was nice. Samara gave me tips on how I can improve my skincare routine and improve my skin complexion. She saw signs of decay and dryness towards the back of my molars and knew that I had impeccable oral hygiene habits. She asked if my wife commented that my snoring got worse recently and she did. Dr. Kim thought it could be sleep apnea and wrote me a referral for a sleep study. The sleep study results showed I had very severe sleep apnea that put me at high risk for stroke and heart attack. Without Dr. Kim noticing I would be at serious health risk with the sleep apnea going undiagnosed for longer. If Dr. Kim suspects you have sleep apnea listen to her. Oh and she's a top dentist too. Can't recommend her enough.
