This work was done on 4/28/2026. It is 6/12/2026 and the welds failed and the exhaust needs to be rewelded. When I called and spoke with them the gentleman who answered the phone said that he would repair it for free however I am many many miles away and that is unrealistic. He gave me the owners phone number. I called him and explained the situation. I asked for a refund on the repair, he then accused me of being rude and yelling at him, I did not do either of those things. He said that if I send him photos of the failed weld he would work with me as long as I am not rude. I was not rude in the first place and I was explaining to him in a very calm and even tone that I was not trying to be rude and was just explaining the situation to him, He hung up on me. I believe they knew I was an out of towner and didn't take the time and effort to do the repairs correctly or adequately. I do not recommend this business.

I was about to slowly get off the highway, and as I came to the exit, I saw a Chevy Dealership within reach, but as I tried to force my truck over there, my truck completely died. I pushed and pulled my truck into the parking lot of the Paul White Dealership, but their service center refused to help me. They suggested I tow my truck 15 miles to the next closest Chevy dealership. It was 4 pm in the afternoon. I needed to get to Asheville, NC that night. I googled around and found Riverside Service Center. I called them up. They said they were closing at 4:30, but they could tow my truck over the river if I need their help. I realized they were my best option. At 4:30, I got nervous. Stan and tow truck still wasn't there. I was afraid he'd called it a day and forgot about me, but back then, I didn't know Stan. If I knew Stan like I do now, I wouldn't have been nervous. Just before five, he came around the corner and picked up my truck. He stayed late and worked fast. He quickly got a sensor ordered and replaced to get me back on the road within an hour. I was amazed, and I still am incredibly grateful for his help. Have an issue with your car? Go see Stan!

They gave us cold drinks at the accident site and let my wife and cat (which was very stressed) sit in their air conditioned truck. When we got to their shop to clean out our RV they offered us popsicles to help with the heat. Everyone there was very nice and super supportive. Since they could only carry 2 people in the tow truck, by law, a man, last name Hutchinson, picked up my family in his own truck. They took us to a hotel by their shop and even got a discount on our stay. The next morning, Daniel, (I believe was his name) the mechanic that worked on our vehicle found the problem immediately. He fixed the problem and had us back on the road by 11:00 am. They did not take advantage of our situation and just billed us for the tow and an hour of labor, didn't need any parts. Marvin found our location, loaded up the car for a tow on a very busy highway and then delivered the car to a dealership in Charleston, WV. He maneuvered that big truck with such care and experience. He also dropped us at a hotel so we didn't have to walk across several busy roads with our luggage. All the while he was a friendly, calming presence during a stressful time.
