Well, first time here. Ordered 5 small Farmers Market Cauliflower.pixzas 2 medium Farmers Maket pizza. Service was slow had to wait and hour. Pizzas look sorry. When we got them they were cold and had no feta cheese on them. Then order a salad and bad lettuce and to top it off found paper in it. We go to Hideaway quite often even make special trips. We live over 3 hours away to come here. I will not be back to this one in Benton. They really need help. They lost my business. We spent over $127 dollars for pizza and salad today. Very disappointed with service and food. We go to North little Rock to get our pizza. . Learn a valuable lesson don't go to a restaurant that has only been open for 2 months. We went to the one on Warren Road they kick but with service and food. For the money you pay for a pizza this is the place to go. That's where I will continue to go. The food is very good but the service was lacking. Our waiter was openly annoyed while taking our order. At first we figured he was just overworked because he was also the bartender but then I watched him take the order of the people at the two tables next to us and he was very warm and friendly to them. We had four people at our table and he brought us plates and silverware for only 3 people. I told him we needed another place setting but I ended up having to get a 4th plate and fork by myself. We asked the girl who delivered our pizza for a salt shaker and she said she would be right back with it but it never brought it. I ended up taking the shaker from a nearby table. Ordered a pizza, cobb salad and mushrooms. They brought my order out to my car. Got all the way home and they forgot to put the salad in the bag. Called the restaurant and told a young lady what happened. She asked if I would hold for a manager and he'd give me a partial refund. I have gone to this location since it opened and the staff and the food have been on point since the beginning. The servers have always been friendly and gone out of their way to satisfy not only my group but the groups around. The food is amazing as our the drinks and you can't beat the happy hour specials. Don't waste your time driving into North Little Rock unless you just enjoy being in an empty restaurant. This one gets you in and out even when extremely busy and there's not an experience in Benton like being on the open air upper floor. If you put yourself on the waitlist whatever wait time it gives you is not accurate. We were given a 31-46 minute wait time through Yelp, we go to Hideaway and check in and they tell us it's an hour and 15 min wait... and was told Yelp isn't accurate.... read more

My husband and I have been wanting to try out Hideaway since they opened in Benton. Today, we finally had the chance. We sat on the rooftop, great atmosphere! I loved how "comfy" it felt. Lol. We ordered the 50/50 (cheese sticks and fried mushroom appetizer). When it arrived, it looked great! The mushrooms were full pieces, not slices (I was worried about that, I don't like the slices) and the cheese sticks were pretty thick, not thin/tiny ones. Unfortunately, they just didn't have much of a flavor at all. I think I tasted pepper on a few of the mushrooms, but aside from that, the breading had no taste. The cheese sticks were the same way, little to no flavor in the breading. Our pizzas came out, they looked great! I ordered a cauliflower crust margherita pizza. I was so happy they had gluten free and cauliflower crust options! It's so hard to find that. But, again, there was no flavor. The only thing tasted was the basil on top. The crust and toppings were flavorless. I'm pretty bummed that it wasn't as great as I hoped. I wanted to love it so much. Lol. The atmosphere was great and the beer was very cold, I might return for those two things alone. Lol read more

Excellent experience! From the food to customer service I give this a 5 star review. Definitely try the garlic parmesan wings, delicious! The pizza was also delicious, fresh hot and just enough cheesy goodness. Our server Liz was the sweetest! She frequently checked on us and when she didn't know the answer to a question she quickly found out.The manager also stopped by our table to make sure our visit was going well. Place looks neat and clean but they refused to seat more than ten to a table. My family went ahead of me and got seats. When I joined them, making the 11th seat, the waiter approached and said they couldn't feed any of us because I had made one too many. I then asked if they were short staffed or didn't have anyone else working upstairs and was told They did have wait staff up there. Very clean place. Nice staff. However, made a reservation and they took down our number wrong. So once we got inside and seated 45 minutes later, they took our drink orders. Took about 30 minutes to receive our drinks because they had "ran out of ice" though everyone else in our area had gotten 2-3 refills and beers while we waited for ours, While they were out of ice. We had to inform the manager which was very respectful and helpful. Then the food slowly started coming out. Guess they forgot about us. Decent food. Not near the quality of Larry's.
