The bread on our sandwiches has been fresh and soft, with no off notes either texturally or taste/smell. The meat and cheese have been tender and well seasoned, and at a good ratio to the bread. The hot pepper can really lean towards the hot side; I almost feel like asking for a third hot and two thirds sweet. :) Bottom line, we've had three great experiences here and are glad to have this restaurant so close to our home.
