She did not say anything acknowledging a problem from that side of the register. I wished her a happy New Year and left. I will be a repeat customer because the meal was great. I will say, the food is good and unique selection of frozen meats and menu items The customer service is not good! A young lady who works there (same person on both visits) is not very friendly! We a have bad days. Went back for a second visit. She was on the phone with a customer taking an order and was rude and "huffed and puffed" when she got off the phone. Another young lady took the two items and weighed them to place a price tag on them. At a MINIMUM, you could have given me the courtesy of telling me what you were doing instead of just taking it off and changing the price without saying anything to me!" She was quiet for a moment and then said, "If you don't want it, I can take it off. It's the price of the wagyu. There is nothing I can do!" "Yes. There is something you can do, because you just did it! (Making note she changed the price from $17 to $21) I would think you would honor your mistake, and allow the customer (me) the $17 price and inform me of the mistake.
