We have done sit in 2 times now and love it. Typically we order pizza to the house. The food comes out hot and fresh. Appetizer: if you're getting the salad it's enough to feed 2-4!! The Green Salad is always our favorite. Pizza: We for Noah's this time 10/10. The crust is thin and the food on it is flavorful. Kids: we got the cheese pizza, which is perfect size and the kids ziti. The Ziti was a very large portion for the price!! We love this place and will be back. read more

I am so upset with this establishment. I ordered 5 pizzas, pasta and a salad. I walked in with a baby in a car seat, a 2 year old and a 4 year old. I asked if they had bags for me to put everything in since I had to carry the baby and hold the hand of the 2 year old and they said they had no bags for me to put the food in. They tried handing me all of this food stacked together and no one offered to give me a hand. I had to carry each item out one by one under my arm while attempting to hold my 2 year olds hand so he wouldn't run off and the baby car seat in the other hand. Let me tell you how difficult it is dragging 3 kids back and forth multiple times while the workers of the restaurant just watch you! None of them offered a hand carrying things and none even bothered to hold the door for me. I now wish I hadn't left a tip. I'll never be returning here. What is going on at this place now.... every year for the past 5 years I've given this place a chance. Since 2020 things have t bern the same. I think it's an Indian restaurant now, all these pizzas with Indian food plopped on them, I prefer garlic naan with my Indian food. Not sure why people take over a proven local chain restaurant and try and change everything. There's too much competition now to settle for mediocre. It's a Saturday night at 6:20PM, raining, and we call 5 times to place an order while driving, no answer. We get online to place an order and the system doesn't load. We drive here and there are 0 customers in the store and 4 employees; one girl walking around on FaceTime, a kid following her, and 2 kids making pizzas. We don't hear the phone ringing at all so we ask if their phones are down and they say no, they've just been very busy. I think there phone ringer was turned off. Excited to try this place as we are new to this area. I'm just confused why the entire staff hates working no there. The attitudes we got from entering the restaurant were uncanny. Zero help as far as the menu goes, the girl at the counter I am sure has had no prior job experience with customer service. The old man walking around in the kitchen looked confused and when he saw me ask for something he ignored me. There was another girl sitting there on her phone and she seemed super careless as well. Outside of the service, the food was okay. The sandwich I got didn't have enough ingredients in it. There was like two small pieces of lettuce in it, barely any pepperoni and a bunch of cheese. The kids chicken strips came out like 15 min AFTER everyone else's food and they were completely unseasoned. The fries were plain and not cooked fully. Overall they need new staff, cause the staff is who cooks the food as well.... And the staff obviously are staying for the paycheck but because they don't care about the service they care even less about the food. Save your money and try another place. We have never been to a Palio's before but came to this location by mistake... lol... it turned out to be a great experience! This location is under new ownership and from the reviews we can see he and his family are doing great things. I highly recommend you come and try this location if you haven't in a while and if you've been here recently, you know it's a great place to go eat. This is a BYOB place, we didn't drink but could bring our drink next time. We had a small cheese pizza, small buffalo chicken pizza and cheese bread. Cade and Blake pizza was very good perfectly crispy, spaghetti and meatballs were very soft and flavorful, ceaser salad was huge and fresh, garlic bread was cooked to perfection with the marinara sauce and garlic butter adding a nice touch, and customer service was very good they were all very nice and helpful. read more

We live 5 mins from this Palio's. Ordered two baked ziti dishes (after going previously and having poor food and service). Waited over 20mins. Got home and both dishes were cold. Cheese was hard I. Top, meat was cold and the bottom sauce was a little warm. Sooo were these just thrown in already cold and premade? Not sure why we waited over 20mins for two cold dishes. First time here, came Early on Sunday to beat the church crowd. Food was pretty good but the atmosphere was was off. Music was not matching any pizza or Italian restaurant, but worst of all the place was filthy and nasty! You would think in Prosper people would expect more, but the tables all had damage, a booth was "out of service" for damage and the floors looked they had been cleaned in weeks. The window blinds next to my booth had grease and food all over them and then window edge about made me puke! Might do delivery but not eating in the store ever again! Typically order from Palio's and have always been a huge fan - however; recent experiences have been really been extremely poor, and I cannot recommend Palio's. Saturday during a pool day - ordered pizzas, order confirmed - then was charged twice due to a "card error" and the pizza was never delivered. Sunday - ordered again; was charged and given a confirmation. Website and google listed then as open, and 'ASAP' delivery was an option... however they were closed. Being closed didn't prevent them from charging my card however! In two days - I ordered, successfully, from Palio's twice and never saw a single pie. 1-Star; would not recommend. It's a palios. Recently started putting multiple orders for delivery in a single container. Called and asked for them to put a note on my info to always deliver individually packages orders, and the girl got confused and asked the same things multiple times. Then spoke to a manager who was as incapable of grasping the issue and wanted me to ask for individual packaged orders for any orders placed in the future. No deal. Last time ordering from this place. Just because there are multiple orders doesn't infer it's all being shared thus allowing for bulk packaging. It would be more appropriate to ask the person at time of ordering if they are ok with all the orders being bulk packaged. Especially since this behavior changed in the last month while I had, till today, been a customer for years. If you want customers, customer service might be worth the effort. read more

They pull a lot of drivers from all over to work here. That causes them to have to skip over a lot of necessary sanitary actions. Great costumer service though. They are just always swamped. This was a Great place to eat. You can tell that it is now under new management. The owner came to the table to see if we were enjoying our meal. He told us that over the next few weeks big changes were coming to the interior. New tables, new chairs, new booths, new plate ware, new floor and from what I heard this is going to be the place to eat in Prosper Texas. My calzone was perfect as I was able to tell them the items I wanted in it. It was a big calzone and Sooooo good. The person I ate lunch with ordered a pizza and Wow it looked and tasted fantastic.
