They tried to sell us very expensive marble tiles without telling us the special and serious maintenace problems marble tiles cause, then increased the price when we tried to actually buy the tiles, then misled us on the second visit when they tried to sell us patio tiles for a shower floor - which don't work because a shower floor is curved for drainage. These people simply don't know their business. It could cost you thousands. Go somewhere else.

Alex is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Stressless recliners and they have a lot of them on the floor. I ordered Two chairs and they were delivered in 3 weeks. The delivery men arrived within their estimated arrival time, assembled the chairs, took pictures of the assembled chairs and brought them into the house. They pointed out a scratch in the leather seat on one of the chairs and let me know that he had sent the store a picture of the scratched seat. Within 5 minutes of the delivery men leaving, I got a call from the store indicating that they had ordered a replacement seat for the chair and would have it within 3 weeks and would sent someone out to replace the scratched seat. Fantastic customer service!

When they don't have the cash they can write a check that you can literally cash at the bank down the street. He told us he'd have the plans written up by the following Monday. That was 5/6. We finally got the plans on the 5/17. They said they were booked out and the soonest we could schedule the install would be the end of July, that seemed like a really long time and we had to push back our floor install and painting so we wouldn't be too log without a kitchen. The first day of the install they sent out a crew of 4, they did a good job and moved quickly, so quickly in fact that the crew manager who dropped them Off and left half way through was late coming back to pick them up so they had to hang out on our front stoop for about an hour. The second day crew was 2 guys, they lost the door knobs to a cabinet and never replaced the so we have to now go back to Ikea and purchase 2 more knobs. They also told my husband they would put an elbow in vent above the stove to ensure it vented properly to the microwave, he agreed to pay an extra $40 for them to do that when they came back after the counters were installed. The third crew came back after the counters and immediately started arguing what they would and wouldn't reinstall, they called to say we never asked for the reinstall (which we had with Milos and the 2nd crew lead) a gentleman from Zee Dee called and to let me know they wouldn't be setting up our appliances and got annoyed with me when I started asking questions he started snapping at me and pushing me off the phone. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. When I called back or went straight to voicemail. His cell phone is (571) 332-1160. The 3rd install took 2 days after the 2nd day my husband called to say the tore the brand new vinyl flooring when they put in the stove, scratched the brand new sink faucet when installing, did not install the elbow for the joint and used about a roll of tape to attach it, it looks horrible! And we're still missing the door knobs for the cabinet. No one checked in with us after the job, I emailed Milos and still have no response, I emailed the general email account with no response so I am now posting on review sites hoping to get a call back, email whatever to get these things fixed! I love how our car is weighed when we pull in, and after we choose rocks and place them in the car, it is weighed again and we pay by the pound. Yesterday I went for some bags of small rocks, and while I was walking around, I found a pallet of pieces shaped like books. I took one, and was told it is sold as part of a small pallet, so I took it inside to ask about it. The lovely man inside did tell me that it was part of a pallet, but when I mentioned that I wanted to paint it as a book, he paused and then said, "You can have it." I should have waited to write this till I finish the piece, but I decided to write now to show how I appreciate his kindness. I will take a photo when I do complete it and sent it. Thank you Sislers. Three stars because of their approach to estimates. Dan seems very competent and we had no issues…read morewith his technical skills. We had already gotten a couple of quotes, but really liked Dan and told them we wanted to move forward. Erika was extremely evasive about a quote. It was getting irritating. After a couple of months I couldn't let her off the hook, I wanted to get this project underway. I had to have an estimate. Her response to me was well "what is your budget." I said "I want what I want. " Again a runaround. She told me how qualified Dan was and any plumbers/craftsman they used and that we need to compare apples to apples. Of course, I understand that. She finally gave me a quote that I thought was quite high. So, in the meantime, I had contacted the manufacturer of the tile to make sure we had a contractor that was qualified to install large format tile. Then, Erika texted me and gave us a 10% discount. "Would that work?" She asked. Mind you, she refused to give us a breakout of any of the costs. I asked about the cost of the shower glass because I knew it was a pass-through. She wouldn't give me that. She also would not give me any itemization. She kept saying whether it comes in lower or higher we absorb the cost/or gain. She said they are different and just give one price. They aren't like other contractors. That's fine, I've never come across that, but they run the risk of losing a client. I got a quote from an equally qualified contractor. Except for Century, he was the highest bidder, but was considerably less expensive. The job is finished and we have a beautiful bathroom - -zero entry (aka walk-in) shower and large format tiles. It's a shame that Erika's evasiveness was very offputting. She seems to handle the business side and Dan does the technical side. As noted above, we were eager to work with them. However, the difficulties with the pricing made it impossible to move forward with them.
