Get ready for this place to squeeze every last drop of money out of you. I and six of my friends paid for the silver membership to get unlimited racing Monday through Thursday. We would meet there every Wednesday evening and race for a few hours. No other customers were ever there on weeknights, so it seemed like a good way for High Caliber to get more use out of their karts during slow days. After doing this for several months, they jacked up the price by 150%, and we all cancelled our memberships. I guess it wasn't enough for the greedy owner. I hope it was worth permanently losing seven customers, because we're never coming back! read more

Pretty good place & quite entertaining. We have a gift card so took our family here for a weekend fun. My teens & husband did 3 races ( not a fast one as I have a 15 years old). My toddler enjoyed watching all the carts go by and some red lights in the tracks. He also enjoyed walking around the arcade and saw all kind of games. Not actually playing as he is still little. Tried axe throwing and had some good time. There are some other games that we can also attend but need to head home as my toddler started getting tired. Can't wait till next time. read more

Wasn't barely any employees around the entire building. Ones we could find weren't very knowledgeable even tho they work there. Went shortly after they opened at Noon wanted to purchase a beverage an was told by one employee that we were not allowed to buy drinks until 2pm! Definitely won't be going back. read more

I went here for a bachelorette party and it was a lot of fun! There was a little disorganization and I felt slighted by some staff because I arrived late, so I didn't get the full experience. We raced, played football bowling (throwbowling), axe throwing, and archery tag, which was like dodgeball - staff was funny and knowledgeable It was a bit warm with all the physical activities we engaged in - we only found one box fan to help cool us down Bar staff was so kind! I loved their drink menu (and some of my friends had never seen the cups that fill your beer up from the bottom of the cup) We tried their Margherita Pizza and it was just okay. My mom decided to take my husband and I along with my child to experience this cool place. This place had a different activity. From go kart, rage room, bowling, axe throwing, and arcade. You can do birthday parties and bachelor parties here too. Everything was reasonable priced, $25 per person for all day, if it full you have to alternate. The arcade did have some problems but the manager was super nice to take care of us. Our favorite game was the giant cane to win the rolls of tickets. 10/10 recommend of coming here for a date or a friends hang out read more

We planned our trip based on the entertainment packages they offered only to find out certain packages weren't available on certain days. There was no disclaimer on the website and even the screens at the facility that day advertised the package they claimed was not available. They refused to honor their own advertisement claiming that they had a recent policy change. It was actually the manager that we dealt with directly who had a smug attitude and no justification for the change. His demeanor to the customers was less than desirable. read more

Bar had excellent mixed drinks and the bartender Joe and another girl (forgot her name) were so good. Had a Johnny Vegas (spin off) and pineapple Upside down cake drink. The axe throwing was fun, and an employee gave us helpful tips on how to improve our scores. We enjoyed the arcade area but it's relatively small so only stayed here for about 15 minutes. We have come here twice, once with a group of friends for an evening out, which was fun, and again for the $65 all day pass on a weekday. We raced go karts all day and had a blast. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning again. The go kart tracks are great, two to choose from. The only thing here I wouldn't necessarily recommend is the food, I know to expect high prices at these types of places but we had three drinks and nachos for over $50 and the nachos were not impressive at all. Had my daughter's birthday here. Got the VIP room and 2 activity package plus extra food. First the room was very nice with our own room and side area to watch races. the main reason for 3 stars is the value you get. The package was already 450$ and it got you 3 pizzas and drinks for 10 people. This would be fine, however the pizza's are tiny. We had a party of 13 and it wouldn't have come close to feeding the first 10. I order extra 24 piece chicken tenders, and extra cheese pizza and the house salad and it came out to a whopping 190$ extra which included gratuity. The salad was really sad, pizzas were tiny, but the tenders were good. Many other places would at least present the food nicely but they put it all in "to-go" packaging and places in on the countertops. So instead of chicken tenders being in a warming tray buffet style, it was instead in their to-go tins. You only get the room for a SINGLE hour so the only upside to them giving you so little food is you can finish it quickly and get out. This place is fun, but not even close to a good value. They have a lot of overhead and the prices reflect it. Concierge and service was good. In total we spent roughly $700 or 53 per person for one race, some activities, and very mediocre overpriced food. You will be provided prices for everything so you know ahead of time but the presentation and portions of the food make you feel cheated afterwards. read more

This place seems cool unfortunately their no refund policy is BS and they are probably getting away with running this scam on many people. We walked in the place was dead asked a few questions about go karts and decides that we would pay for a race for the kids, after paying the cashier tells us it will be 2 hours before its our "start time" when a start time was never mentioned, there were no signs and the place was dead so it was pretty safe to assume we would walk up and be good to go, not the case. So we asked to cancel and would try again some other time or call ahead, the cashier told us they "don't do refunds" and would give us credit or gift card. We then had to wait around for a manger to issue our refund because there was no way i was going to accept a $80 store credit for a "someday maybe" we will come back. The only reason they get two stars is that the manger actually refunded us, do better next time. Customer service matters and scamming people certainly won't get you more business. Also the pricing is ridiculous. read more

Fantastic place!! Courteous staff. Carts were an absolute blast!!! For a space this size in a mall, rent has to be super pricey, which justifies the prices for doing stuff. Great selection of drinks. I want to thank the staff for how awesome they were with my autistic son. I wanted him to experience driving a go kart and they were awesome with him. This place is one of very few places in Michigan that can take you out of the pandemic situation and into normal life ( you still have to wear a mask). They have chosen the sweetest people to work there and if you get hungry, go to their restaurant/ diner and meet the best lady you can ask for to help you decide what to eat or drink. The service is super fast and the drinks are great. You can simply enjoy your meal while watching your kids having the time of their life. I was eating while my son was carting and then he joined me for pizza and sprite. The place is super clean and the music is epic. They gave literally NO Instructions. They did not go over with a different flags mean they did not help you pick out a helmet they did not go over safety or rules or anything they just told you to get in the car. I took my son to High Caliber Karting on a Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago. The tracks are indoors and the karts are electric. We were provided with head wraps and helmets. Flags were waved when it was time to slow down/stop. All the karts could be shut down remotely by the monitor in case of emergency. When finished, we were send a pdf attachment via email detailing our scores/lap times. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the price. Yes, it is a very fair price. Yes, the price per race decreases the more total races you buy in the package. Yes, if you live nearby and want to join a league and/or race 2-3 times a week it's great! If you just want to race around a track for 10 minutes and don't care about scores or times, then you might want to go to an outdoor track in the summer and pay $10 per race. read more

I was excited to take my kids here before they went back to school but had an awful experience that will keep my family and I far away for awhile. I knew to expect high prices, but was happy to oblige for a weekend of fun for my family. Unfortunately, even for the high price we had anything but fun. We purchased all access passes for the day as the one bright spot in our day, a nice small young man at the check in desk, had suggested. For the first part of our day we went axe throwing. There was no one there to explain the rules to us, and then finally when we found someone, he hurried through the rules. He let us pick our own lane, which the kids thought was awesome and we went to get set up. But, after relatively no instruction my youngest son was disappointed when we couldn't figure out how to get the zombies on our screen like the group next to us had. The employee was not to be found again, so we just played on the targets waiting for him to come back but no one ever did. We moved onto the go karting as it was actually at a scheduled time for us, which was very nice and gave my son a new activity to focus on after the previous disappointment. Sadly, this was far worse than just not understanding how to get some zombies loaded onto a screen. The entire go karting process was going smoothly until we were about halfway through and I began to hear very loud cursing coming from a few employees standing by the race track. Not exactly the kind of language I want my family hearing, but also not anything they probably haven't heard before walking down the street. It did become an issue however, when my older son's car was not working properly and was moving incredibly slowly. Not only did no one stop to help him, after both my wife and I had slowed down with him, but he was stopped in ear shot of the vulgar conversation that the employees were so loudly involved in, they did not notice us. Finally, my wife was able to get someone's attention, but the race was almost over at that point and they just motioned my son to get off the track. We were never rescheduled a new race time or apologized to, and despite I, myself, offering my son another race, he denied it due to his frustration and disappointment. Two for two activities not going as planned, I suggested we eat to try to regroup and get something from the restaurant. Big mistake. I highly recommend eating somewhere else before or after if you do plan on coming here. There was no line to order, which was really nice. My sons shared a meat lovers pizza, I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, and my wife got chicken nachos. We did put in a large order, so I was expecting it to take quite some time to come out. Although, after I waited for over an hour while my wife took the kids to the arcade, I asked if maybe the pizza was done so the boys could at least eat. The employee behind the bar said all of my food should've come out awhile ago and asked if I had checked the small station they placed the food on for customers to pick up. There was only one plate on that table, so I knew it wasn't my order. The employee said he would go check with the cooks. He came back with my order after and said the cooks had forgotten to bring out the rest of my order and that the lonely dish on the table was the chicken nachos. He apologized, gave me my food and I delivered it to my family. My wife's nachos looked terrible, I don't even know how to accurately describe what the odd beige color the sauce over the chips looked like. It was obviously sitting out for a while, so it was pretty cold. But my pulled pork sandwich was, ice, cold in the middle. It was so cold it seemed like part of it was frozen. My sons pizza was also pretty cold, but not fully cooked through and doughy. The toppings were also all in the center and only on a select few slices. To top it all off, there was a piece of black hair in both my food and on the pizza. Needless to say, we left for the day and will not be returning anytime soon. read more
