When issues arise, repairs can take 6-8 weeks, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. It is nearly impossible to speak with an actual person unless you have a very basic support question. For more serious problems, you're left waiting with little communication and no meaningful assistance. The product itself may look appealing, but the lack of responsive customer service and excessive repair delays make it difficult to justify the investment. There are many other companies offering similar products, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring those options instead. I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to others.

We are a business and are primary focus is to make profit... thats economics". There quote was $14,000. It was easy to say NO, because i knew they didn't value my business or me as a customer. Within 2 days another company came out and did a bid for the same Jelly Fish Lighting system.... $8500!!! A $5,500 difference ! I didn't even have to ask for a discount, i just paid there price. I would encourage you to not work with Nite Scapes without getting 2 other bids. A business thats not willing to value the sale & value the client at purchase doesn't deserve your business. I offered the solution of suspending the wire from the house to the detached garage and didn't get a quote on the demolition free option. I then just asked to have it put in the cheapest location right next to the panel and that was $1200. When I sent them away, they called back and said they could do $700. The second electrician I called quoted me $298 and did a timely and excellent job. Captain Electric also tried to upwell me on adding new panels making changes to electric panel inside the house which had nothing to do with the hot tub and I said "no". So none of this work was in the numbers above. Finally, they put a big sticker in my panel with their phone number so in an emergency they would be the first name i saw.

Was going to hire them to re-do my front yard, suffice to say I will hire someone else. Follow through is paramount, and they've demonstrated that once you've paid them, good luck.
