Jason is a sad excuse for the owner, I tried to call the store a few times and was put directly to Jason's cell, which angered him. Do not book with this company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked 3 snowmobile tours and they did not let some of my party ride because they did not speak English. I asked for a refund since nowhere on their booking policies does it say that you have to speak English. The owner was rude and told me he will think about giving me a refund and then never picked up my phone calls after that. Not only do i think this is wrong because it is not stated on the booking policies but it is also racist. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY TRUST ME. read more

We had the greatest time on our UTV (4-seater) tour with our tour guide, Blake. It was 3 hours of amazing views and an overall really fun and amazing time in the mountains. We saw abandoned gold mines, cars with bullet holes in them, drove through small streams and up steep hills. I would recommend this tour to anyone in the area. We drove about an hour from Breckenridge and it was 100% worth the drive. read more

We're from NJ and so I researched more than 10 places to find the best snowmobiling company for our group of 12 people. From A to Z, and from booking to the actual experience, this company is hands down the best quality and the best deal. Had a great time with a 3 other groups of people on the tour with Blake as our guide. The UTV were 4 seater Polaris RZR, great traction and power for the steep and rocky terrain. The views were amazing and Blake made sure everyone was included, were safe and all understood the safety and direction that we needed. Blake knew each mountain we were viewing and great knowledge of the trail and history. The owner Jason was disrespectful, arrogant and not interested in my business. I'm not sure what happened but Jason completely changed tones when going to make the final reservation. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Jason talking about different packages and routes we could take. He was a nice, happy guy who I could tell LOVED snowmobiling. After confirming with my group that this is what we wanted I called back and got a completely different story. Nothing that he said in the previous phone call was apparently true. Very cool ride. We got the 4seater rzr for the two of us. Fully enclosed and heated. They get new machines each year, so these are in great condition. There was snow, but not enough for them to put on the tracks. Kinda glad we still had the wheels because we got alittle slide action once or twice. Careful slides, we didn't go crazy. No need to get the guide worried. 'Tour' was 3 hours thru natl park. Lots of forested trails. Beautiful views! Blake was our guide, and he was very personable. Stopped at one point to show customers some elk grazing on a far slope. This would be a totally different experience in spring or summer and we would come back to do it again! Definitely worth the drive from Faiplay. We were impressed they could ride out directly from their location in town out to the trails. read more

We went yesterday June 24th and used the 4 seater rzr with Shawn! It was absolutely amazing! We loved the trails they were up down and all around! We got up in the mountains and even had a snow ball fight! It was small but for Texans we will take all the snow we can get!!! Shawn was absolutely amazing! He stopped and pointed out everything he could and went into the history of the location! It was great to learn everything we did about the area! You could tell he enjoys his job and loves to continue to learn more! We also went to another location today the 25th let me tell you the equipment did not compare and the trails were not as good. We met someone who had just finished and they were quite disappointed we pointed them to elk mountain!! Honestly I would have booked a second tour immediately with Shawn had he had openings! read more

I live here in Colorado and had eight family members flying in for an early Xmas. I thought this would be a wonderful outing while we stayed in Steamboat for a few days. When I asked Jasson directions to the location I realized he was expecting me to drive to Leadville and not snowmobile in Steamboat. It was a big misunderstanding and he was great to offer a refund. But it was something I never received. It's been over a month of me asking where my over $1,200 is and he no longer responds to any communication. If he wasn't going to refund me why even offer? What a wonderful first time experience we had under the guidance of Cody! The new UTV equipment was amazing and our two city girls ages 8 and 10 had the time of their lives! We literally drove to the top of the mountain and had some incredible scenery along the way. Cody was so patient and kind as a man who truly loves the wilderness. We never felt unsafe. Drew was a great guide. Numbers rapids are fun but not as difficult as they would seem. My 16&14 year olds plus myself were the only ones on the raft besides the guide. Simple drive to Buena Vista, no long bus rides, and a safety review that is done while in transit instead of a 30 minute speech and boring video. If I learned how to stay in sequence, then the raft might go the right direction, lol. Guide had to be patient. Timely, organized, and great fun. We will return! read more

We really had no idea how much fun we were in for when we signed up for the UTV tour with Jason--INCREDIBLE!!! The UTVs were easy to operate, VERY comfortable to ride in, and took us to places with AMAZING views. And, along the way, Jason shared a lot of local lore and history and we visited several old mining sites. The ultimate stop, however, was at the top of Mosquito Pass (13,185 feet!!!). The views were spectacular. I HIGHLY recommend this tour AND this company to you, but only if you're interested in a GREAT outdoor adventure! read more

From first contact Jason sounded bitter that I bought a voucher on groupon. I attempted to book a tour for months, and he had me take tentative bookings, knowing that I had lodging arrangements and 4 people's schedules hanging in the balance. Each time, he stopped responding at the last minute. Finally, he leveled with me and told me there is no way he is going to miss out on a full price customer when he only gets 50% of the money from groupon, so I cancelled my voucher. read more

In mid-June 2016 our family took a UTV tour through the historic mining district above Leadville, CO with Elk Mountain tours. Jason did an excellent job at making it a great experience. Great views, super history and great trails. The trail rides were on old mining roads to some challenging back country trails. It was the perfect mix for a half day tour.
