Half photo copied instructions that's missing first half and top portion.

Gouging people for Covid tests! Stay away! They charged me $25 EACH when they're usually that or less for a pack of 2!!. Didn't even come in a box and when I got home I opened the instructions and they were half photo copied instructions. Tells me they're splitting kits and more than double charging. I was so mad I took them back and they said no but they did end up refunding my money.

Extremely bare!

I've been with Burns pharmacy for over 13 years they are so polite nice people wouldn't change for nothing I love this place.

My doctor and I both have tried multiple times to fax orders and contact office for DME. I've contacted office 3 times. Person who answered was beyond condescending and pushed it back in my doctors office when I was right here when he contacted the Lincare and faxed ordered weeks prior. The lady on the phone didn't want to help and just rudely hung up the phone. Not once was I rude to her and just needed help in trying to figure out why my doctors office have spoke to them on the phone, faxed with confirmation and they still can't find orders. The Lincare representative was rude and unhelpful. I called back and spoke to Nicole. I asked if the calls are recorded because I was appalled at the way the first representative handled the call and customer service. I asked the representative that answered for the person name and to speak to a manager. The representative put me on hold and came back and said that the original person that answered the call was the only manger they had and there was no other bosses that could help me. I told her that I found that hard to believe and it sounded as though she was covering for her rude co worker! Will be taking my business some where else! Way to go Lincare! Do use this company!

At my appointment with my pulmonologist he gave me a prescription for an oxygen generator. Once the paperwork goes through I expect Lindcare to again deny the order. At that time I will contact Medicare and explain what's going on with Lindcare after all they are a Medicare approved oxygen supply company. In the meantime I remain a unsatisfied customer of Lindcare. They have been providing me with oxygen bottles but how far can you go out of town when you have 2 hour supply of oxygen and 2 bottles, not far.

They will bounce you around to people all over the company and seemingly all over the world. No one will take responsibility and when you try to get a working local number to reach someone empowered to help, they will ask you how you got it and act like you did something wrong. Sales will refer to billing. Billing will refer to sales. It's the classic "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". As a result, it can take months to resolve receiving supplies for a device you don't actually have, meanwhile the insurance is paying claims on those supplies. Physicians: Run, don't walk, away from this place. They have no concept of customer service. Patients: If your doctor wants to set you up with durable medical equipment, ask who they have in mind otherwise this company will just dump stuff on your doorstep without any prior effort to confirm when or what. As long as they get your insurance to pay, they don't care.
