If it is your first time visiting, good luck. You will just be standing around confused because no one tells you that you are supposed to sign in at a kiosk that is tucked away with no signage whatsoever. Like other reviewers have mentioned, we stood around for at least 30 minutes. We made eye contact with multiple employees, and not a single one said something as simple as, "we will be with you shortly." That is basic customer service. One employee was completely focused on making a gun sale and acted like nothing else in the store mattered. A female employee was helping a male customer while carrying on side conversations, clearly in no rush to acknowledge anyone else. Overall, the staff made us feel invisible and unwelcome. I would never return to this place or recommend it to anyone. It is disappointing that management or ownership does not seem to prioritize training or customer service. If this is what is allowed to happen on the floor, it reflects very poorly on the people running the store. Huge letdown.

Unlike other stores with sports fan merchandise, this one has baseball cards, home products, memorabilia, and an eye popping selection of apparel like jerseys and t-shirts for kids, men and women that makes shopping for the whole family easy.
