I felt really comfortable during my appointment. I did my chin and upper lip and it took maybe 15 minutes? On top of that in the beginning of our session she went out to wash her hands quickly before working on me but she was busy talking more and what should've taken a minute or two took 5 or more minutes as I was laying down waiting for her. I have curly brows and she cut all those hairs out instead of working with my hairs and brushing them into place to appear fuller at the front and thinner at the ends like I showed her. I left crying and I wanted to requests a full refund because I am shocked. I've never had brows this bad. This needs to be remediated please.
