This place is amazing! My salesman Bryan Yandoli was the most enthusiastic and phenomenal person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, he is amazing!! I have NEVER had an experience this good at a dealer ever in my entire life (car or motorcycle). He made the whole process welcoming and fun. He made sure I got the bike I wanted and never pushed me into something I didn't want. Any questions I had about a bike, he had an answer for me. When we went on the test drive, I felt like I was riding with a close friend, not some stranger I just met. From beginning to end, I had a fantastic time at this place. I can and never will buy anything from high octane. Was feeling out a sale on a beans new Dyna. Went through the financial department to get a tough estimate on a monthly which mind you was insanely hugh. The sales person I had knew I couldn't afford it and simply said when I'm ready to go back The bad part of this is they wouldn't atop calling me. 3 calls a day for 3 weeks . Finally finally I had them block my number in store and then they proceeded to still run my credit even though the sales supervisor told me my credit would not be hurt if I did not go through this sale Now two months later I have a credit service in the mail responding to inquiries that I had at high-octane Harley Davidson mind you that was two months ago that I didn't agree too I will never do business with high octane ever again read more

Wow I definitely wish I read the reviews before going here because our experience here was the same as every other negative review. Found a 2010 street glide on the website, called and scheduled an appointment to see the bike. Showed up for our appointment and got jerked around for hours, dragged around being shown only new bikes. They kept pushing the Electra glide despite the fact that I was repeatedly telling them I wanted the 2010 street glide. They advertised this "triple zero" deal which was for zero down payment zero interest zero payments for 6 months but of course when we asked about that they said it was only for "qualified buyers. They then ran the numbers to give me a quote, still using the Electra glide "as a starting point", and said I would need to put $7500 down. Insane! When I questioned if the bike I had asked to come see was even available I was told they had no way of updating their website but that the bike I was interested in must have "just sold". Unbelievable that I drove an hour to be jerked around and have my time wasted. Typical sales people pushing only new bikes and being dishonest. I'm honestly glad that we didn't end up getting a bike here bc based on the other reviews we would have end up screwed and hit with a bunch of other charges and fees. Avoid this place!! read more

Bought my third bike from them in April 2019. Overpaid but loved the bike, 2019 Slim. Bought TBR pipes, stage 2 kit, cams and handlebars. Parts weren't in stock, was told it would take a week to 10 days, never heard from them. Called ten days later and was told something was back ordered. Would be in the following Monday. Never heard back. Called again. Parts still not in. Reached out to sales person who said she would see what was going on and get back to me. Are you sensing the theme here? Never heard back. Finally got a parts guy who told me the parts had been there awhile. Now it's nearly month later and I have them send me to service to get them installed. No answer and left a message. No response. Called again days later. No answer. That VIP thing they sell you telling you about those guaranteed appointments in 48 hours, DON'T BUY IT! It means nothing to them. After another week or two of trying to get an appointment I finally texted my sales person and said I was on my way to pick up a check for the nearly 4K I had paid ahead to get the parts and service. Funny how quickly I heard from Rik then. He had someone come pick my bike up. They put the parts on and I took it home. You would think the review ends here. Nope. I kept getting two ECM errors which they told me were historic and I should clear them. Not the case. They hadn't tuned the bike properly. Just a generic map. I had to take it and pay to get it done right. I won't go back. Expensive and hard lesson to learn. Something changed between the bike before and this one. read more

So i have been to several harley dealerships but the moment I walked into high octane in North Billerica the staff members mad me feel right at home,all the staff is very knowledgeable and professional in their own field.i actually walked in thinking it was a long shot because my credit isn't that great, but they soon made me feel and think differently, they worked hard and none stop on getting me a loan.however I am picky about what I wanted.thats where kari the sales person comes in.she is by far the best sales person I've ever come across she was relentless on finding the bike I was looking for she kept in contact with me letting me know she was working on finding me the bike I wanted.it wasn't long after that I got a call from her asking to come down and I quote ( I got the bike you want ) and sure enough she was right,I've been riding again ever since. I purchased a 2017 Road Glide at High Octane last week. I had been looking for some time and after talking to a good friend of mine who now works at High Octane I just made my mind up I was trading in the 2002 Dyna Wide Glide for a Touring class. Had worked with High Octane for a few months and couldn't seem to get myself to pull the trigger. I came in and met a long time close friend who just started there a few weeks before, Billy Taylor to discuss the options and prices etc and drove a new bike home that evening. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to get me into the bike I REALLY wanted and did a nice job helping me understand the differences between the different bikes I was looking at. Being I had spoken to the High Octane Sales Team in the past they pushed me to a sales guy Joey I spoke to previously to wrap it up, he was also was a good resource. The new bike I noticed when I got home had a very, very small rip in the seat and Billy came to my house picked up the damaged seat, returned it to High Octane then brought me the replacement seat the very next day. I stopped by there the other day to get an inspection sticker and a guy named Keith said "Don't bother shutting your bike off, it won't pass inspection because of your blinkers" I told him they've passed it here before and he said 'Not any more" with little or no explanation and walked away. Also, you can't even walk around and look at the bikes without a salesperson smothering you near the bikes. You have to keep your head down and walk the gauntlet through the salespeople to get to the parts department. The Parts guys are great if you can get to them. No more High Octane for me. read more

My husband Jack has been going to High-Octane for years. I started riding "my own" a year ago and I have visited the Billerica store as well as other HD stores. Everyone at HO makes me feel like I'm part of the family everytime I walk in. The girls in retail, however beautiful, are just as nice and helpful. No pressure sales, just there to help a girl out with her riding gear. My husband wanted to surprise me and trade in my Sportster. We both fell in love with a 2008 Springer Crossbones. Rick was right there to get the job done! Not all business mind you, he eases the tension and has a personality and energy to make this an adventure to remember. Went in looking for a modular helmet for my wife about a week back. The sales person Nate was very friendly and helpful.

I did not like kelly's when they were owner then High Octane took over and liked them at first but now they are playing games with prices. No msrp on bikes was the first RED FLAG..Went in with two others and thought about trading in. Asked salesman how much for a 14 street glide black. He said 25000!!! I said MSRP is 20800 and he said well lets sit down and talk about it... I told him he was rediculous and went to American Harley. They still go off sticker and post all the extras. Stop trying to screw everybody and maybe you will get people to want to buy bikes from you. I really hope the new buyers shop around before going there. It is a shame. Had a bad experience last year. Sales bragged to me they would beat anyone price on trading in my current bike. They were $1000 less than what another dealer offered. I decided to keep my bike. I was harassed by sales by phone calls, emails and even texts almost daily, even though I told the sale person to stop calling. This year, I went shopping again. My first stop was High Octane. The initial greater was extremely pleasant. He acted like were were buddies since childhood. In comes the 'numbers guy'. The greeter paints him as the bad guy that I should "beat up" when it comes to pricing. Good cop/bad cop. Oddly enough, they start at $3,500 over MSRP but never tell you the actually cost of the bike.... initially... just what your monthly payment would be and ask.. "how's $450/month work for you?" When they come back, the $1000 they took off... still $2500 over MSRP... wow... what a deal!!!! LMAO. Just before you decide to leave... out comes the BIG sales manager.. the man behind the curtain. "What can I do to sell you a bike today?" Well... after you jacked the price $3500 over MSRP and then acted like taking $2000 off was giving me a deal... you can do nothing to to sell me a bike. I will go to the next HD dealer who has the exact same bike, isn't trying to bleed me for every last penny and is honest with me. I bought a bike and hour later from another dealer... CHEAPER. This was definitely one of the most unique buying experiences I've ever had and I've been through several vehicle purchases for myself and my family. These guys n girls went the distance to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for a very fair price on a new Road Glide and made sure that I completely understood everything about the bike, warranty options etc... I was introduced to the entire staff....apparel, parts, service and management. Props to Ned for his relaxed approach, big props to Don for helping me test drive the bikes, Steve for dealing with me during negotiations, Diamond Dave for helping me seal the deal on what I wanted and PJ for patiently walking me through the financial side. First off I have read all the past reviews and can see how some folks might have a negative experience. Personally I can't complain. Where most people who have left poor reviews visited the dealership first, I did my homework and knew HO's reputation of pricing above MSRP. I got a price for the bike I wanted from another dealership and visited HO last, and only because they are my closest HD dealer and figured I'd give them a go. They did come in way over price, but by having a better price from another dealership gave me negotiating power and ultimately I got my 2017 Street Glide under sticker and actually enjoyed the battle process of going back and forth. They have an amazing clothing, parts and service departments and if you do your homework and stand your ground you can have a great buying experience as well! Cheers read more

I can't believe these negative reviews, nothing like the experience I've had at High Octane both in sales and in service. Traded a '99 Fatboy in good, but not mint condition, for a 2014 FLHXS. They made me a deal I couldn't turn down. Not only did they exceed my expectations for trade value but they bent over backward to make it super convenient. Came out to pick up the trade in January while it was icy and snowing, they stored the new Streetglide until mid-March and delivered it in their trailer. They arranged financing through a local credit union at a rock bottom interest rate. The service department has always jumped on any request I've had with a smile. I'm totally happy with this place, I'm treated like a friend and would do the deal all over again. Love my new Streetglide Special and will ride it to Sturgis in two weeks, can't wait. read more

I bought a bike there 2 yrs ago and they claimed to pride themselves on customer service. What a joke. They weren't honest about how long I'd wait for delivery of the bike and now with low mileage I have to take it back in for a repair. The service dept had the bike for 2 weeks and when I call for an update (I called last week and was finally told they had to order a part) they put you on hold for 20 minutes and you still don't get to a person who will help you. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Some how my service writer who created the horrible experience Mike, is now the service manager. Apparently Mike does not know how to pick up the phone and punch in 10 digits and reach out to his customers and give an update. They had the bike for 21-30 days? Maybe longer I don't exactly remember, all because of ONE part that took TEN MINUTES to change. If I did not have the VIP package there I would never return. I can not wait until that expires. I will never ever ever give them another penny.
