This food truck was at an event at Waterline Brewing and decided to give it a try . Ordered the…read morePastrami Bomber ; grilled sourdough, bacon jam, grilled onions, aioli, and gouda. And my side was the potato salad. Also ordered the Wagyu Burger ; 8 ounce burger , lettuce (hold the tomato and cheese) aioli and toasted bun , for the side french fries. We were given a pager and told about 15 minutes. We ventured inside to find a seat and a beer . The pager buzzed and our food was ready . The food looked amazing, and smelled wonderful. I was concerned about the pastrami being to fatty , but it wasn't . It was lean and well seasoned. The bread to sandwich ratio was perfect and it was lightly buttered and toasted . One bite and I knew I was going to enjoy it. The potato salad had great flavored , perfectly seasoned. The burger was cooked to order , well seasoned and had great flavor. The fries were perfectly fried and well seasoned also. This is definitely a food truck that I would dine at again.

A few weeks ago I've had one of the worst burgers ever from a different food truck and was hesitant about ordering a burger from here but I'm so happy I did! It's a waygu burger. I asked for cheddar instead of the pimento cheese. It was one of the best burgers I've had. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was cooked medium. Maybe I could have asked. Idk. It was well but was still awesome. I consciously stopped eating my tots so I could have room to finish my burger. I can't say enough good things. I thought $17+ (includes tip) was too much for a burger and tots but it was worth it. I could eat this burger every day and I'm supposed to be a vegetarian

Arrived around 530pm and was able to find close street parking (free). A lot of people were already…read morethere with their dogs and kids, so all of the limited nine bench tables were filled up. They also had one long bench seating lined up on one side, close to the bench tables. Sitting there made it a little awkward to be in such close proximity to the people on the bench tables. Small Pole table trays were available too if you don't mind standing. There's plenty of open space, so hopefully in the future they can add more seating. It may be a good idea to bring your own seats and side table if you want to do extra work. Four food trucks were lined up on one side: Rude Bwoys, Italian Ice, Gusty Peruano, and another one. There was a short line for Gusty Peruano. The pager they gave us notified us when the food was ready, took less than 15 minutes. Food was great, although expensive. The Smashburger was delicious, but the fries were on the softer side. Causa a la Limeña was good too. We didn't get drinks since there was an extremely long line, but when we initially arrived, there was no line. So if that happens to you, take advantage of that while you can. The DJ was starting to set up right when we were leaving. There were some cornhole boards. Didn't see any bathrooms or porta potties. Gusty Peruano made it worth it to visit, otherwise, not sure if I would be back.

The staff is so nice.. they said they are working thru new opening stuff but getting feel that this will be big! It's a Wednesday and only one food truck was here but had big flavors! The green light food truck was there.. it says VP it's various tastes of any foods! Lots of cultural flavors.. tacos empanadas, steak skewers and a wide variety of things.. we just came grab small bite and support this cool location . We got empanadas and they were big full of meats and had a dipping sauce that's similar to yum yum but even yummier!! There's cargo containers made into a restroom and ones a bar with chow town merchandise! So cute! I hope it does well and I'm sure weekends are so much bigger than weekdays.. be aware parking is prob the big flaw I. This plan but I'm sure moving forward that will be addressed.. go check them out
