We were given a pager and told about 15 minutes. We ventured inside to find a seat and a beer . The pager buzzed and our food was ready . The food looked amazing, and smelled wonderful. I was concerned about the pastrami being to fatty , but it wasn't . It was lean and well seasoned. The bread to sandwich ratio was perfect and it was lightly buttered and toasted . One bite and I knew I was going to enjoy it. The potato salad had great flavored , perfectly seasoned. The burger was cooked to order , well seasoned and had great flavor. The fries were perfectly fried and well seasoned also. This is definitely a food truck that I would dine at again.

They also had one long bench seating lined up on one side, close to the bench tables. Sitting there made it a little awkward to be in such close proximity to the people on the bench tables. Small Pole table trays were available too if you don't mind standing. There's plenty of open space, so hopefully in the future they can add more seating. It may be a good idea to bring your own seats and side table if you want to do extra work. Four food trucks were lined up on one side: Rude Bwoys, Italian Ice, Gusty Peruano, and another one. There was a short line for Gusty Peruano. The pager they gave us notified us when the food was ready, took less than 15 minutes. Food was great, although expensive. The Smashburger was delicious, but the fries were on the softer side. Causa a la Limeña was good too. We didn't get drinks since there was an extremely long line, but when we initially arrived, there was no line. So if that happens to you, take advantage of that while you can. The DJ was starting to set up right when we were leaving. There were some cornhole boards. Didn't see any bathrooms or porta potties. Gusty Peruano made it worth it to visit, otherwise, not sure if I would be back.
