I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. No customer service anywhere in sight.

On my most recent visit, the technician removed a tire that had a slow air leak, tested it, told me he couldn't identify a leak, and reinstalled the tire with no charge. In the course of the tire inspection, he had apparently taken the tire off and on the rim. The leak that had resulted in a decrease in tire pressure from 32 psi to 20 psi in a week was resolved. The tire has stopped leaking air. Problem solved! Definitely recommend Neace Tire!

At $1000 a pop I really didn't want to have to purchase a new wheel from Tesla. That's where Brian and Acu-Tru Rim and wheel repair come in: For a little over $200 Brian was able to repair the wheel and match the complicated black metallic powder coat finish perfectly. He responded he wouldn't know until the paperwork printed. I said I wanted a specific tire that I saw in the website. He glibly said it didn't work that way, this is the only tire that was available today and that the car would not be aligned because that tech had gone home for the day - though this appointment specifically reserved that service along with the tires. The sales person's response? Go elsewhere or make an appointment to come back. The total for the incomplete job - $900 for a 14 year old Toyota Yaris. With safety and the need for transportation coupled with not having to take off work, I am reluctantly getting this done. I asked about the alignment and should I drive, and he looked me in the eye and said, "we don't recommend it." This sales rep was so condescending and rude on top of making a huge ass money grab commission. The road hazard insurance has been nice for myself and my daughters, their father died in 2021. This experience has been horrible. The disrespect and the dishonesty about what tires were available etc. was blatant. Also, the Sugarcreek OH location is in a very busy area, and I was the only customer. I will definitely think through being tied to Tire Discounter again, and recommend everyone steer clear of the Sugarcreek OH location.

I loved that I got an estimate online for the tires and they matched it at the store I chose to go to. The value for what you are purchasing is worth it. I got great tires. I chose Pirelli all season tires. Loved that I can also get free tire rotation now. I definitely recommend them.
