The women who took my info sounded very busy during that call. I was told I was on the next days "list" and to please be home "all day". The heat in the house has me up at 6am, so I make some breakfast for the kids and start waiting to hear from Total Service. And I wait. And I wait. I hear nothing from Total Service. at 3:00pm I call and again talk to the same grumpy women who assured me "I am on the list for today" though her tone told me I was never going to see a tech. 4pm comes and goes. Then 5pm. At 5:15 I call and get voice mail. I spent 9 hours waiting on them and they can't bother with a phone call. They stood me the FK UP! it's 85 degrees in my living room.
