After finally realizing that my rat problem was getting far too big for me to handle, even with my very effective electronic rat trap, I called out to this company not knowing what I would do if I couldn't afford this (or even if this might be so bad that they couldn't help me?). Ntm my home itself is in bad shape at this moment due to extenuating circumstances which are currently no more (long sad story ) . So I really did not want to have anybody out until it had been at least partly cleaned, painted and some contractor jobs finished. But alas, my unwanted pests have had their own ideas about it all so the situation was now not only trumping my timeline but also my pride. But when Bill and James arrived, I could tell right away that the "cavalry were here" and that they were 2b trusted for they were kind and very patient. Right away I let them alone to have the run of the place because I and my two grown kids were at this point very desperate. And at last they gave me the diagnosis along with the cure. And the cost of the cure--which to my delight was MUCH MORE THAN REASONABLE! They also offered to spray my property for spiders & ants and began work on it all the very next day, returning faithfully every afternoon to check traps, talk with me and willingly answer any and all questions I had, no matter how trivial. Tho at present, we have agreed that coming every other day is more than enough as after only the second visit, most of all uninvited lifeforms were RIP/DOA with all of us rightful inhabitants sleeping peacefully thru the night-- a long awaited blessing! Interestingly enough, this pest service uses a brilliant vitamin-based "poison" which is oddly toxic to rodents but harmless to us, our pets and the general wildlife population about our homes. But make no mistake, this natural bait did it's deadly work as effectively as if it were strychnine within 24 hours. I'm very impressed. Bill and James are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly technicians. In fact, I have looked forward to their visits more than any of the workers I have had out to my home so far while embarking upon my long road to home improvement and eventual sale. I am so grateful for their patience with the Halloween horror that is currently my house and really appreciate how they addressed the other pest problems I had in order to save time, trouble and money with this one great service. I am going to be using these guys for any/every pest problem I might have from now on until the day I move out of state! And I suggest you do too! P.S. He responded right away with a knowledgeable and very honest assessment of the situation. He volunteered to come over the next day for a free inspection, and when he arrived he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful! He has clearly done a lot of research about mosquitos and explained that the only real way to fight the issue was the use of specialized traps that infect the adults who fly back to the water source from which they came - that spraying alone isn't necessarily effective.
