Bill was fantastic! He fit us in on short notice and was very professional, friendly, and mindful of social distancing throughout his visit. We had been seeing cockroaches almost everyday for several weeks, and the over the counter baits weren't working. Bill did a thorough assessment of the situation, was very open about what he thought was critical to get fixed and what things were less critical, and took the time to assess the root causes of our infestation. He not only sprayed the outside and basement of the house to keep the cockroaches away, he fixed a leaky AC pipe in the basement (since the moisture attracts cockroaches) and plugged up cracks in our house where cockroaches were probably crawling in. After the initial spraying, he came back a few days later to make sure everything seemed alright and to knock down all the spider webs in our yard. And for everything that he did, his price was super reasonable. It's two months later now, and we haven't seen any cockroaches since then! He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable and even compassionate, as he listened to me bawl my eyes out because we had just put our dog to sleep who is probably responsible for the reason I had to contact Bill in the first place. We had a rat enter our home and I was unable to trap "Little Chef" after trying every trick imaginable. I came home to a house full of ants. I live near a hill and it has been a problem i've been managing since i moved in last year. There are probably 2 different colonies in my backyard. I found bill on yelp and he has fantastic reviews for a reason. I called on a Saturday and he responded within 2 hours with an appointment booked for Monday. Bill did a great job with our bed bug problem. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. The chemicals he used barely have an odor unlike the neem oil spray I was using. He was very thorough with moving furniture around making sure he sprayed in all the necessary areas. He even put all the furniture back in its place! Ok! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have a company i usually go with, but they didnt have a tech available and referred me to Bill with High Quality Pest Control.. and let me tell you.... Bill was absolutely amazing. I may not ever go back to my old company. Im a new landlord living out of state and recently discovered my new tenants brought some pests with them when they moved in. Bill was professional, kind, punctual, and fully communicated with us from beginning to end. After his inspection he called me to let me know we really didn't have much of a problem, that he put out some gel bait, and that shouldn't see an issue moving forward. When I asked how much his service was.. he said ZERO... yep.. you read that right! Nothing ! I begged him for an email invoice, but he said that because we don't have much of a problem, and he really only services infestations, he "did not feel comfortable accepting payment". WHAT?! Bill could have taken advantage of that opportunity, but he didn't. I cannot believe how kind and helpful he was. This doesn't mean to expect free service from him, lol.. but its obvious he is honest and has integrity! I highly recommend him and his company -Thank you, Bill! I found a few German Roaches in my cabinet of clean dishes right after a new family moved into the home I am renting a room from (my previous roommate/landlady just moved out of state and she is renting the house to all of us now). I texted my prior roommate/landlady and she contacted High Quality Pest Control to come check out the problem. Bill from the company came out and was super nice and professional. He checked all the cabinets and asked about the appliances as that is where roaches tend to hide and he also checked the garage as two weeks ago I saw a huge roach but the lighting was too dark for me to tell if it was a German roach (I am betting it was though). Anyways, he checked behind the fridge in the garage too and also put roach bait in all the cabinets/drawers as well as in the blender where we believe the roaches came from. I am so relieved that there is bait now to kill any remaining roaches and hopefully I don't see any more as Bill said it was probably just one batch and they hadn't been nesting for a long time, especially since the new roommates moved in about 3 weeks ago.
