Kelli is AMAZING! I am a former event planner and from my years of experience, I know how challenging it can be to trust someone else to execute your vision...especially when it is YOUR wedding day. Kelli was very kind, responsive, detailed-oriented and the perfect day of coordinator we could have asked for. She managed our vendors on the day of and set-up all of our decorations so that our family and friends could be fully present with us. Our wedding day went off without a hitch! The only "problem" we had was when our contracted bar company ran out of the alcohol for our signature drink. Kelli pulled us aside to inform us and when I mentioned that the bar was to fulfill their contract she said "I'm on it!". Within ten minutes, this problem was handled all thanks to Kelli! If you're looking for someone to hire for your wedding day coordination, look no further! Kelli and High Tide Events is the company to hire!

I am so happy that we decided to go with Kelli, she was amazing! We got married June 1st at Twin Oaks Golf Course and I do not regret hiring Kelli one bit. From the beginning she was so on top of things, professional and very responsive to our emails. In the months leading up to the wedding she would periodically send an email to check in, say hi and just see how things were going. She ran our rehearsal at the venue and was there every step on the day of. When our DJ messed up and opened the dance floor before the father / daughter dance Kelli was right there to let him know we needed to do the dance first. That helped a ton because we were able to keep guests in their seat as opposed to heading inside for dancing. She was so on top of it!! She packed up all of our personal items at the end of the night to ensure nothing was left behind and did it all with a wonderful smile and attitude. You will not regret booking her she is AWESOME!!!

Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. Florals: Melissa tackled all of our floral arrangements, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! Working within my limited budget, she brought my vision to life with stunning florals that perfectly matched our style and the seaside setting. Melissa truly understood the look I was going for, and her creativity and expertise made every arrangement stand out beautifully. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. Her strong working relationship with RBI was incredibly valuable throughout the planning process and made everything feel seamless. Since I'm not local to the San Diego area and didn't always have a clear vision of exactly what I wanted, Gina's recommendations and guidance were invaluable. Anytime I needed vendor suggestions, she immediately sent thoughtful recommendations, and whenever I wanted to dive deeper into details, she made it happen. Their use of Aisle Planner was incredibly helpful. We loved that it allowed us to have multiple logins for family members and let us keep track of all contracts, timelines, and details in one place. Molly and Rachel were always quick to respond to any questions we had and they kept us on track every step of the way. I never felt like I had to check in or worry about what needed to be done because I knew they would let us know exactly when something needed attention. They know Scripps Seaside Forum so well and gave us the best vendor recommendations. We truly loved every single referral they provided. Even once peak wedding season began, we never felt overlooked. My husband and I live in Seattle, WA and our wedding was in San Diego, CA. Sandy did full coordination for us, which means she did everything. Initially, I never even considered hiring a wedding planner because I thought it would be totally out of our budget. But when we decided to get married out of state, I was so overwhelmed by how much went into planning a wedding. In my search for venues, I came across Timeless Event Planning on Yelp. Every review for Sandy and her team was so amazing, I decided to reach out to her with an anxiety filled email seeking guidance. Immediately upon hearing back from Sandy, I felt at peace and knew that hiring a wedding planner would be worth it. In the end I couldn't be more right. Let me break this review down by all of the positives Sandy provided for us. Budget: Hiring Sandy for full coordination was key to keeping us on track with our budget. She only set up venue viewings at locations she knew wouldn't put us above our budget. There are so many hidden fees that you don't account for when booking a venue. If I didn't have Sandy I know we would have spent thousands more and gone way over our budget. In addition, the amount of money Sandy saved us with her connections, discounts, and insider knowledge was a huge plus! Anxiety: My husband says that he would have happily paid Sandy 4x what she charged because of the amount of anxiety she saved me. I often perseverate on the details and need to do extensive research before I can make a decision. There are so many things that need to be considered when planning a wedding. Having Sandy to just tell me yes let's do this, or no that is not necessary saved me hours of research and unnecessary worry. The people closest to me describe me as Type A and high stress, but Sandy said I was her chillest client. That is because Sandy is such a professional and excels in her field. It was easy for me to let go and to trust her. I knew that she always had our best interest in mind because we had built a relationship with her. She fully understood who we were as a couple and she could see our wedding vision clearly. Leading up to the Wedding: The months leading up to the wedding I was in awe of Sandy's attention to detail and strong communication skills. She was so thorough in coordinating with all 9 vendor teams and finalizing the finishing touches. Two weeks prior to the wedding she led the walk through with all of the vendors so that my husband and I didn't even have to fly down. Sandy even went above and beyond and helped me plan my rehearsal dinner. Wedding Day: Sandy's organizational skills are incredible. She created a detailed timeline so that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. All calls and questions were directed to Sandy that day so I didn't have to worry about anything! The best part of it all is that Sandy and her team set up all of the decor and details the morning of the wedding so that my family didn't have to do anything. My mom and sister were especially thankful for Sandy because it allowed them to be fully present and to just enjoy the wedding. When I arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding I could have spent hours admiring the perfect details Sandy put together. Everything from our table settings to our 1,001 origami cranes was placed with thoughtfulness and intention. The details of our wedding were perfect. Finally, if anything went wrong during our wedding day Sandy must have handled it because I was completely unaware! Honestly, this review could go on and on because there are countless stories I can share about how amazing Sandy is. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner I highly recommend Sandy and her team at Timeless Event Planning. My husband and I agree that working with Sandy was truly the best decision we've ever made because she took the stress out of the wedding planning process and made our dream wedding come true!

I would not recommend this vendor. He discriminated against one of the musicians for the wedding,…read morecausing her to be fired and replaced with a musician that Jaime personally wanted instead of going with what the family wanted. I overheard him speaking to another vendor at the wedding saying that "the black violinist wouldn't have been a good fit. She probably isn't even professional and her hair is far from professional. No one wants to see that and all she can probably play is hip hop and rap." I was in the email chain with the first musician, and he never contacted the violinist when she tried to reach out to him regarding a timeline and COI and did not provide the information she needed so that the musician could do the job she was hired for. He lied and said he sent emails to her when he never did and Jaime used his inability to contact the first violinist as a means to lie to the bride and groom and convince them that the first violinist the family personally chose for their wedding day was unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability for his lack of communication and lack of professionalism to work with different races and cultures, just because he had a racial bias against her, he made up stories about her and degraded her based off the color of her skin. I will never work with Jaime Soto again.

We hired Marbles found and it made everything so much easier. They helped us plan an unforgettable event. Their ability to stay under budget and plan everything so quickly was very impressive. They were great at managing expectations throughout the process as well. When I started planning, about 2 months before the event, I was struggling to make timely decisions because of an unrealistic budget and a fluctuating guest list. I was aiming for 50, the RSVPs came in around 80, and then at then the week of dropped to about 35 (given unforeseen circumstances). They were wonderful at both keeping me sane, and negotiating with vendors during that time. All we had to do was show up and have fun the day of!
