I was trying to explain to him about the issue we where having with the suburban and before I could get to Danny already knew the issue. He was able to explain to me how awful the transmission are in the 2017 suburban. He also explained to me how often they fail. He was able to break down what the game plan was to get the transmission rebuilt and quoted me a range of 4800 to 5300. I know what you're thinking expensive this day and age but a renamed GM transmission from the dealer was going to cost 6500, with the same shitty parts! Danny explained to me that they would be replacing the parts with better quality and explained to me that the cooling system in the stock transmission was also faulty. So I slept on it and the next morning 10/28 I had the vehicle dropped off at his gate at 830 in the morning without me having to be there! He took it in and got to work on the car. He told me that they would have it ready on Friday 10/31. He was true to his word and had it done on Friday! I was unable to pick it up due to work but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, he came down to the shop Saturday 11/1 for me to pick up the vehicle. He was also under the original quote! I was shocked and happy that he did that for me. I will remember and recommend him to anyone that is having issues with there transmission Andrews transmission is the best in the valley and the customer service and just the way he made me feel like I was his only customer had me sold as a life time customer! HUGE mistake. Luckily, the truck stopped running near this place. The guys came out to ask us what was wrong. They realized the sticker was wrong and gave us an idea of what could be done to fix the problem. We left the truck with them (thankfully we had a rental) and returned home (to another state). Jimmy communicated with us throughout. He told us when the car would be ready and gave us a fair price. We drove back to Bakersfield and picked up our truck last Friday. We had just gotten an oil change 14 hours before that, so we were concerned. We noticed there was an oil leak and called VB to see if they could help us. They not only helped us quickly, they were honest and kind. Luckily it was a quick fix and it was only a loose oil filter. They very quickly replaced the filter, filled the car with oil, tested to make sure there was no leak, and then sent us on our way. Plus the fix was inexpensive! It was cheaper than the bad oil change we got! We definitely recommend them.
