One of only a very few public Bonny Doon venues, this little coffeehouse serves homemade goodies on a donation basis. You will love it!

I was delighted that they had gluten free pastries and a house-made gluten free bread! My sister enjoyed a strawberry-blackberry brioche tart, while I ordered the mango mochi bite (gf) and a chocolate mochi donut (gf). My favorite was the mango bite, which had a delicious burst of fruity mango flavor. The chocolate donut was a very rich, chocolate-y flavor and also excellent, but the texture was not as nice as the mochi bite. The strawberry-blackberry tart was also delicious, per my sister's feedback. The avocado toast was good, but my favorite was definitely the mango mochi bite. As for the drinks, my matcha was with a house made rose syrup and my sister said her chai was very peppery and delicious--her favorite chai on our trip so far! Wish we'd had a larger size but not sure if they offer them. When I'd ordered, I wasn't asked about sizes and didn't even think to ask for a large. Parking in front is a bit limited, but they have plenty of interior seating and even a little outdoor seating area. All in all, I'd absolutely come here again if I ever find myself in the area. Highly recommend, especially if you are gluten free! They even asked if it was allergy or preference, which makes me feel more confident eating here as someone with celiac disease.

Their creamy polenta with roasted vegetables (chard,…read morebroccolini, squash, onion), pesto (add a side of bacon) all-day biscuit sandwich, and breakfasts are tasty. The salads and veggie bowls are solid. I like their baked goods, particularly the raspberry and cream cheese brioche or the bite-sized passionfruit mochi, which is packed with flavor and garnished with delicate flowers. Interesting drinks in their beverage fridge, retro wallpaper, fun merchandise, and a quirky, small open air backyard are all pluses. Friendly and helpful staff. Just wish that their breakfast ran later (ends at 11 am) and that the line moved a little faster.

Luckily we found Bella's and it was exactly what we hoped for. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it was very spacious, lots of indoor seating and a bar area. I ordered my food on person, the gentleman who helped me was so nice and attentive. Ordering was easy, the food was very well priced and when we picked up our order we saw we had gotten a lot more than we expected. We ordered the eggs, pancakes, bacon, French toast and sausage. Everything was perfectly cooked, the French toast was to die for! My 2 kids really enjoyed their food I didn't even get a chance to take a pictures. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed. We are planning another to town and will definitely be visiting Bella's again and taking some photos

While the food was homemade, it took a long time almost 40min for two chicken pesto sandwiches, a patty melt and a burger. The bun was included on a meal that asked for NO bun. The side salad was lettuce and tomatoes that's all. Ranch was brough instead of Vinigrette. Our water glasses sat empty for a long time. The waitress nails are not code approved. The place was not packed. There were people that looked like regulars at the counter. As i sat waiting, I looked past my friends and tried to get an idea of the ambiance however with years of spiderwebs, dirt caked light switches, dark washing areas but open to be seen was not really giving me the ambience I think the place wanted. One of my friends had to go to the restroom right after eating only half her sandwich. All of our stomachs were not friendly to us after. I really wanted to give this place a 5. Im sorry.

If any coffeeshop deserves five stars, it's Cruise in Scott's Valley! When we said it was our first…read moretime, the staff walked us through the menu, and told us what they liked most, and how most items on the menu were made in house. Our lattes were made with such care, and a staff member even brought out extra bruschetta board toppings from an order she had for free. The sitting areas are perfect for catching up with a friend or doing some work, and the outside patio is large and stunning. The eclectic duck decor added a nice touch to an already beautiful space with high ceilings. There is a play area for children, and a lot of bikers come around on their bike stops. Parking is in the lot behind Cruise, and there was plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon. I did not see any outlets for charging laptops. Overall, I had the best time ever at Cruise. You should stop by, and I will be coming back again soon!

As we got off the freeway, she looked up and there was a coffee shop right down the street. He stopped in here for a quick bite. The two barista is helping us were incredibly helpful and patient since we had to read everything on the menu. I also loved how their store was set up and they sold local arts and crafts from the community! I love the community aspect here in Santa Cruz County! Perhaps she misread the menu, but she thought "egg stacker" was a sandwich because it was under the "bagel sandwich "category. But under the description, it does not say there's any bread. Lol, which is better for us since we're trying to be gluten-free for the day. I had an ice green tea and a salmon egg which was delicious and filling perfectly made egg with the right amount of capers and seasoning for each bite to have enough flavor on it. The green tea was perfect since it was 92°! I can't wait till we get to the beach! I was sad. They didn't have any nitro coffee, but I will definitely come back to try more pastries since it seems like they were out but then again we got there about 30 minutes before they closed. Lol.
