Fortunately as I scrolled through the practices accepted by Delta Dental, Sloanside Dental yielded positive reviews on Yelp. Making an initial appointment on their website was easy, and it was scheduled right away. I've somehow gotten lucky parking in the tiny lot right outside. Getting examined, teeth cleaned, and x-rayed was super efficient. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, and Dr. Bennett is a cool dude. Having grown up in a family of dentists, this office made me feel right at home, which for most people is probably weird to say about their dentist. My cleaning was coming due end of July 2024 and middle of July I get a text message that's says we don't take your insurance anymore. You can either self pay or cancel. That's how I'm treated after years of loyal service. No warning. Not even a phone call to explain. I got nothing but booted to the curb.
