I cannot say enough about highland. We called the in for an inspection after discovering suspicious bites. They helped us identify them so we could inform our building. Our building hired a company for the first two treatments. It was an incredibly traumatic experience that ended with us throwing a lot of stuff away, spending hours and hundreds on drying clothes/replacing bedding/etc. When we were done with our first two treatments with a different company, we had Highland come back in for an Aprehend preventative treatment and before we moved we had Julia and Raven (her BB pup) come in for an inspection. We also had highland pretreat our new house and furniture with Aprehend before we unpacked from the old apartment. Every single person we worked with was kind, professional, and understanding. My biggest thanks go out to Julia and Raven, but also to Deirdre and Nicole in the main office. Since the bed bugs I have been diagnosed with PTSD, which means I am now constantly on alert for anything suspicious. Strange stains, weird looking bugs, etc. They could have been making TONS of money off of me. Instead, they will inspect photos, explain why what is in the photo is most likely not bed bug related and offer an inspection if we would like one, but never pressure us if they believe there is is not a problem. It's like having a trained friend to tell you that everything will be ok. We've had great experiences with Highland Eco Pest Control. Trevor is seriously the best! He does monthly pest control for our condo and helps take care of the whole building--including a rat-infested alley and a basement that used to have a big rodent problem. I had some red bumps appearing on my body, and I feared bedbugs. I had one pest control company come out that just looked at one mattress and nothing else and was sort of useless. She pulled apart three bedrooms and did a thorough inspection before she even brought in Raven, the beautiful black dog. No evidence of bedbugs was found. The cost was worth the peace of mind. Have had great service from these guys over the years - so so so much value for their quarterly subscription service. I live in a high-traffic area near many shops, restaurants and public garbage cans; some rodent attraction is inevitable, but we manage to only have occasional issues 1-2 times a year. I credit that to their swift and effective response every single time before anything can get out of hand, or God forbid, any critters can find a way in. All the techs are just the nicest and accommodating and really make me feel taken care of. Just recently, we had a little mouse traffic in our patio - they sent 3 techs out in the span of 1.5 weeks to place and check traps, eliminate potential areas the critters might find inviting, and seal off any potential entry points. (Shout out to Lening!) The yearly program is so affordable but I have told them many times that I'll make drastic cuts elsewhere to keep them in my budget forever! read more

READ THIS REVIEW! (I found SBBS through a YELP search because of their high rating, but I now know the contract includes a confidentiality agreement that likely deters customers from posting bad reviews on Yelp and such). You need to know about the contract SBBS insisted I sign when they showed up for bed bug treatment. This is a week after I paid them $200 for their initial inspection, which found bed bugs. It is also after an enormous amount of work to prepare for the special requirements of heat treatment that SBBS gives you. The contract had extraordinary provisions I had never seen in any agreement before, and I refused to sign without edits, especially since I already had a signed agreement from SBBS to do the work that they had filled out when they did the initial visit. The house was ready, I had the pets in carrying cases ready to vacate the house, and SBBS walked away from the job and left me bug-infested and starting all over. The days of work needed to prepare for heat treatment were largely wasted (the exterminators that I ended up using - less than half the price! -- used different methods and required hardly any prep). To be clear, I had a signed agreement from SBBS to conduct heat treatment for $2600 to get rid of bed bugs. They had already inspected the house and found the bugs. It took another week to schedule the treatment - a week that was needed for all the prep work moving furniture, running all clothes and linens through the dryer, gathering all the things that needed to be removed from the house to avoid heat damage). When the tech showed up, he walked the house, said everything was ready, and then sprung the contract. It came with an ultimatum. The tech said the contract couldn't be changed, and they wouldn't do the work without it. He refused to let me speak to the manager, and the company has not responded to my communications since they walked out on me. I have attached a picture of the contract. It has a "strict confidentiality" agreement requiring SBSS' written approval before posting any reviews. It was a release from any liability for pretty much anything, including fire and "failure to perform the Services." Keep in mind that you are supposed to vacate the house to their tech for hours. The contract even shielded the company from their own negligence. I have never seen anything like it. Before they walked out on me, I made every effort to reach an accommodation, including agreeing to sign a contract with the most offensive sections simply crossed out. They refused my offer, as well as my request to speak to the manager. The tech left the house for his calls with the manager. P.S. DO NOT USE! I had multiple bites and evidence of bed bugs, including telltale stains, and despite the thoroughness of their inspection I was told I had no evidence of bugs. The next day, I found a bug in my apartment and have had to have another round of inspections and treatment from another company. A+ Excellent service, the most professional people I have ever encountered! I actually had them come out in September of 2017, and waited to write this review to be sure it worked -- and guess what, it did! 1 - First off, getting some information and setting up an appointment was super quick and painless. I spoke to Sung on the phone, and he was very knowledgeable, polite, and was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease. 2 - Joe came to inspect my house a few days later, and despite the long drive and rainy weather, he was able to make it on time to the appointment. Him and Van Gogh (canine) thoroughly inspected the house. Van Gogh would do his search, and Joe followed it up with a very thorough physical inspection. Joe really knows his stuff -- I had another company come previously before I came to SBBS for a second opinion. They showed me some tiny bugs crawling around on one of our couches and told me they were bed bug nymphs. When Joe saw these, he told me they are in fact book lice, and even educated me by showing me pictures of book lice compared to bed bug nymphs. Unfortunately, it was confirmed that we had bed bugs in other parts of the house, so we had to proceed with treatment. 3 - I was able to schedule the heat treatment pretty quickly, and Joe and Sung were able to answer all my questions about preparation (and I had a lot of them). The crew came on time and walked me through how all of it was going to go down. Super professional people, they made sure I understood the process and did one final check to make sure the preparation for the heat treatment was complete. I live in a pretty big house (~4000 square feet) and they treated every corner thoroughly, despite working on a 90 degree day. 4 - After the treatment, they informed me to keep an eye out, but otherwise return to normal life. SBBS will come back out within 30 days after the treatment to do a complementary canine search again. I'm totally blanking on the name of the person who came to do the final check, but she was really friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable too. She also did a very thorough check of the bedrooms and other common areas in the house, and gave me the all clear! From the beginning to the end, SBBS was very understanding about the stress of the situation, and were very accommodating and willing to answer my every question. I knew I had bedbugs. My condo had been allowing our regular exterminator to spray which only had limited results. They never seemed to find bugs still there after spraying and then I would find them that afternoon. I finally ran out of patience and called Superior Bed Bug solutions. They came the next day, provided a helpful education to my condo manager on the advantages of proper detection and heat treatment and Sherlock Bones identified where there were still bugs. We scheduled a treatment for a few days later. I have not had any bugs since. I only wish I had called them immediately when I first saw the suckers. Although I said to my tech, "I hope I never see you again" I meant that only as "I hope this works." Every interaction I had with the company was direct, professional and effective. 4.5 - Gets less than the full 5 stars, but only because afterward, my room looked like an earthquake and a hurricane simultaneously ripped through the place. I'm rounding up because they make it very clear you'll need to spend some time putting your belongings back in order, and it's a small price to pay for the knowledge that those Satanic little creatures have withered away and died. DIED! Heat treatment's pricey, so I'll go through the whole process to explain why it's worth the money if you've got it. CALLING IN: After a month with no problems, I found three(!) bed bugs on New Year's Eve. Panicked, I called SBBS around 9:30 pm, assuming I'd get a machine because seriously, who the hell calls pest control companies on New Year's Eve? ME, that's who. Not only did I actually get an answer, I got a price quote and an appointment. Then, I ate eat ice cream sandwiches, watched Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve and fought the urge to down a bottle of NyQuil so I could actually sleep, knowing I was now a bed bug buffet. INSPECTION: Sunny the dog is criminally adorable, and the inspector/owner, Jesse, was respectful, thorough, and speedy . My whole group house had been on the lookout after I found a few bugs in my room, and I can guarantee we wouldn't have located the little b**tards that were lurking in a second room until the problem was much worse without SBBS's help. An inspection costs $150, but you get it for free if you end up hiring them to KILL ALL THE BUGS. So, if you know you have them but perhaps have roommates who aren't sure, it makes for a killer deal. (Pun unintended but not unnoticed. Sorry.) Anyway, bless whoever had the idea to start training obscenely cute animals to find these nasty critters. The quick cute overload really helps mitigate beg bug-related trauma. TREATMENT: A team of two showed up about 15 minutes early the next morning (they usually start around 8 a.m.) and got straight to work. If you have kids, I'd make sure to ship them off to daycare, or have the treatment done while they're at school because there are so many cords and wires around that it seems like a disaster waiting to happen, if you throw little ones into the mix. (Dead bed bugs are great. Dead children, not so much.) Anyway, they prepped the rooms - which involves a LOT of moving things around for even heat distribution - and got started with the giant heaters and fans. They set up shop on the main level and were incredibly attentive monitoring the temperatures, frequently going into the 130-140-degree room to shift things around to ensure thorough bake-age. I stayed home to keep an eye on things, but you can totally go to work and let them do their thing. These guys are meticulous. When they finished after about 8 hours, they caulked the seams in the walls and around the power outlets to help keep bugs from sneaking back in. Finally, they helped me set my bed back up and took off. It took me a few days to get my life reorganized, but it was worth it. PRICE, WARRANTEE: YMMV, but I was quoted a price of $800 for the first room, $700 for the second, $600 for a third, and so forth. The second room we need treated was super tiny and we're a pack of broke-ass post-collegians. Jesse was awesome and knocked $200 off the total price, so for two rooms, we were out $1300. If we find a live bug within a month, they'll do another round of treatment for free. Overall, it's a steep price, but one treatment usually does the trick, and you don't have to live out of plastic bags for months on end. I'll update if I wind up with bugs in the near future, but for now, I'm completely satisfied. read more

First of all, if you are reading this and not sure if you have bed bugs, or think you are paranoid, or wondering if the money is worth it, or have been up googling images of bed bugs and bites all night long... then you already know that the only way to get rid of your doubt is to call in an expert. As a side note, I'm a diligent cleaner and wash my sheets every two weeks in hot water, and have a mite/bug proof mattress covers and pillow protectors. I actually do this because I have a dust mite allergy, not because I have an ongoing paranoia about bed bugs (I swear). I woke up this morning with a bite on my ankle, one by my toes, on my calf, and one on my lower back. This happened a couple weeks ago too and they itched like crazy. So bad it would wake me up in the middle of the night. The first time, I was on my phone googling all night trying to compare my bites to other people's, etc. This time, at 3AM, I woke up itchy with new bites. I freaked out and immediately started searching for a service that could come in and check it out. I left a message through their website, and followed it up with a call at 8:45 this morning. I got a call back pretty quickly and they were able to come by at 1:30pm. There were a couple of things that made me pick Superior Bed Bug Solutions: 1, it is all they do. They only do bed bugs so you know they are experts. 2, they use a bed bug dog (it was a pleasure to meet you Sherlock!) whose instincts I really trust. 3, they use thermal treatment if you have bed bugs (which is the most effective AND environmentally safe option out there). I just didn't like the idea of using chemicals in and around my bed and my dog. They showed up right at 1:30 on the dot. They (both dog and human!) were very nice. Right off the bat Sherlock was ready to work! He was pulling on his leash and whining. We went upstairs to the bedrooms and they first did a visual inspection and told me what they were looking for. All of the signs they were looking for I had never seen before in my home, so I started to feel better right away. I also got to see what bed bugs look like because they brought a long a vial with some dead bugs in it. Sherlock hopped up on the bed and poked around my room and got right to work. They did both my roommates' rooms as well, and the living room. No bed bugs. What they DID find were a few spider webs under my bed and a spider (or two, I don't know). If you go to yelp and type in "bed bugs" the first thing that comes up is Superior Bed Bug Solutions and for a good reason. In the spring I got a notice from my apartment that they were needed to do inspections for bed bugs- I should have seen this as a foreshadowing of things to come. A few weeks after the inspections were done I was suddenly waking up with bites on my arms! Thinking they were mosquitoes I continued sleeping in supposed bliss. That is until I noticed that the bites were only showing up when I woke up in the Am and finally I saw my first bed bug on my ceiling. Freaked out and called my apartment management to treat the issue. After 3 WEEKS of sleeping in the living room while my place endured a chemical treatment I returned to my bed only to start getting bitten again. I immediately decided to forego the apartments basic pest control and hired SBBS. I called the number provided at 9pm in a sunday night and was preparing to leave a message when I heard a voice on the other line! talk about dedication! Jesse and his team were at my place 3 days later and heated that baby up. If you have ever had to endure a chemical treatment you will know that you have to wash and dry all your stuff seal them in bags and emply all cabinets shelves etc- this process alone is so emotionally and financially draining and not always successful. I didnt need to do a thing- kept my clothes in the closets and only had to remove pressurized items (hair spray etc) and mentable things (candles chocolate etc). Not only did they ehat up the place and pretty much burn EVERY critter in my place but they sealed off my apartment so that more bugs couldnt get in. Despite their efficient and good work having a neighbor who is a HOARDER cannot keep you immune for long. A few weeks later I saw another bed bug. Instead of lamenting my fate I called Jesse and he and his team scheduled a COMPLIMENTARY treatment that would coincide with my move out date to ensure that I didnt inadverently bring any of those pests with mye to my new apartment. If this isnt customer service i dont know what is. The showed up with EXTRA heat this time and heated up the place. I can't say enough how grateful I am for SBBS. It is worth the money. A previous reviewer complained about things being shifted around in their place-- thats nothing compared to having to wash and dry ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGINGS and keep them in blastic bags for 3 chemical treatments that can only be done once a week and don't even work. I returned from a business trip/hotel stay panicked from a few bug bites on my foot. Not wanting to risk a bed bug infestation, we called SBBS (Sunny the Sleuth) to come check out my luggage before I took it into my home. Happily, we didn't have a problem. I very much appreciate the owner's willingness to come out to our home at the last minute, late at night, and with little advanced notice under the circumstances. Judging by the amount of travel I do, we will be seeing Sunny again soon. The only reason I've not given this company 5 stars is the fee. I was charged the same fee to inspect one piece of luggage that one would pay for a whole home. I was happy to pay the money and knew the fee before SBBS arrived to my home, but I wish there was some discounted fee structure for the short duration of the service. If you have ever had a bed bug scare, you know how it can take over your life. Well, I wasn't going to live like that any longer, wondering if there were creepy crawlies hiding out in my apartment after my boyfriend's home was treated for infestation, so I called up SBBS to do a canine inspection of the place. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to book an appointment for 8:00am on Monday. They told me the price up front - $175 for inspection, which was the best $175 I've spent. They showed up promptly and asked for any suspicious signs - I showed them a bug i found and it was identified as NOT a bedbug (phew). Sunny was adorable and checked throughout the apartment. After about 30 minutes and a thorough search, no signs of bed bugs were found. Just in case for the future, I asked to see samples of actual bed bugs and traces of them, and they had them in vials. They were also able to answer my questions about how one picks up bed bugs, how to prevent them. All in all, the inspection was very assuring and professional. I think anybody in this situation, whether you rule bed bugs out or confirm you have them and get prompt treatment would be extremely happy, but SBBS goes above in beyond in specializing in these pests and makes you feel certain they will get to the bottom of your worries! read more

Jesse and his team were the only bright spot in what was otherwise a horrible situation. A year ago I moved into a building that, unbeknownst to me, was infested with bedbugs. The problems was exacerbated by the fact that my next-door neighbor was a hoarder and the property management company was unprofessional and largely non-responsive. In the context of this terribly stressful and disruptive situation, Jesse and his team were a source of solace. I had a great experience with SBBS. During the quarantine of COVID-19, I could think of nothing worse then being infested with bed bugs, but it seemed that's what our family was dealing with after a recent trip to a rented cabin. After washing, vacuuming and doing all I could on my own- I couldn't find any bugs so wanted to find out where they were hiding so we could get rid of them. I called Jesse and right away he was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to squeeze me in the next morning and brought his trusty side kick, Angel (the bed bug sniffing dog wonder!). I explained everything and showed him the only evidence I could fine- an empty bug shell. After a quick look, he told us it was a carpet beetle. Amazing! He could have easily lied to me and said we had them deep in our mattress or hidden in the walls and I would have believed him (because of the mysterious bites that were showing up on my kids each morning). Instead, he was honest and kind and eased my mind. I can now sleep again knowing we don't have these horrible creatures in our home, but also, I can sleep better knowing that decent, honest, hard working individuals actually exist and live in our area. I can't thank Jesse (& Angel!) enough for how honest they were and how professional they were (he kept a face mask and gloves on the whole time and kindly removed his shoes before coming in our house). I HIGHLY recommend them and, if we are ever unlucky and actually have these uninvited bed bugs, I would definitely use them. I am exposed to bed bugs occasionally at work and have been getting strange bite marks on my body. Naturally, I have turned my apartment upside down looking for evidence of bed bugs in every crevice...did not find anything at all. The bites continued, so I decided to go with a canine inspection. When it comes to bed bugs, visual inspection alone is may not be reliable, especially when the infestation in mind. The inspector from Superior Bed Bug Solutions was very professional. She showed up on time, was very thorough, and provided education along the way. The dog was sweet, calm, and well trained. The inspection of at 800sq feet apartment lasted for about 45 minutes. During that time, the inspector and the dog examined our entire apartment, paying special attention to the bed and the couch. No bed bugs were found. Yay! I highly recommend SBBS if you suspect bed bugs. Trust me, it's worth spending 175$ on a canine inspection and knowing for sure whether you have bed bugs or not instead of being paranoid every day and night. read more

I really wish that I could give these guys five stars...because that would mean that our bedbug problem is solved. Unfortunately, two or three months after the heat treatment, that isn't the case. We found bedbugs in multiple bedrooms of our DC apartment in May, and quickly called SBBS to help take care of it. The adorable dog didn't do much, but after the technician found a bedbug in one room, he concluded that we were correct, and needed treatment in all of the rooms. They scheduled a treatment for a week later. We did an exhaustive pre-treatment regime, washing and drying all sheets, clothes, etc. The heat treatment day arrived, and we turned the house over to the very nice SBBS people and their two HUGE trucks and trailers (another headache was trying to save parking spots for these behemoths, since we don't have cars, but it worked out). I called a few days later to say that I was still getting bitten. They said that bites can take up to a week to show up, and that I was probably seeing old ones. Under their warranty, they would come back to the apartment if we took photo evidence of live bugs up to a month after treatment. A few days later, we found bugs in one room, photographed them, and had the team come back to the apartment. They weren't happy (and neither were we, I might add!) but they did come. A week or so later, we found bugs in another room. Here's where the story gets sad -- SBBS told me that they only have to come back once under their warranty, even if it's less than a month after the original treatment. We were on our own. Now we're unsure what to do, and very disillusioned by SBBS and the heat treatment service. This is a VERY expensive option (almost a month's rent for each of us), and to have it fail was just devastating. The SBBS team is courteous, professional, and discrete. Yelp - Why did you take my original review off? Reposting. I normally only come to Yelp to gripe about business' that I am displeased with. I am so impressed with SBBS service, a being that I found this company on yelp, I feel the need to do so. Jesse and his company turned a terrible situation into a pleasant one. I had no clue who to turn to for pest control, specifically a few bed bugs I found in my place after a recent trip. There were positive reviews on here, and given that I was going to call on a Saturday night and it said he answers his phone all the time, I gave it a try. Sure enough, he took the call and set up an appointment for the consultation for a day later. Sunny the Sleuth (the dog) is the most adorable detective ever. He came in and demonstrated how he could find the critters, and proceeded to go to work. When it appeared that Sunny didn't pay enough attention to a particular area, Jesse was great about redirecting him to search it again. They were both extremely thorough, and answered my numerous questions (Jesse, not the dog LOL). Even though I had been quoted regular price for the service over the phone, Jesse actually brought up to me the Yelp special price he had. That shows just how honest he is, and I was immediately comfortable. I elected to have the service done after the initial consultation, and an appointment was readily available. Jesse and his aide Roberto showed up on time (he was prompt for both appointments). There is a lot of equipment, but they made virtually no noise during the hours they were there. I was able to work in my home office and wasn't disturbed once. They discreetly worked away until the job was done. They showed extreme conscientiousness with my belongings and Jesse explained the process thoroughly as it was happening as well as afterwards. I can't say enough about this company, customer service, and professionalism. Being my first time ever contacting a pest control service, I had no idea what to expect. They not only took care of the problem at hand, but put my mind at ease at the same time. While I hope to never have to use the service again, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need,. And the fact that Jesse (and Sunny) are super cute was just an added bonus LOL! This company treated my home 3 times. Each time had damage resulted in some damage to my home. Once they had to replace roof shingles when their cables were run to my second story window. Another time they destroyed a complete curtain when they put their fan too close and the curtain became entangled in the fan. We also had a bathroom vanity delaminate on one side. I showed it to one of the men before he left. We did not ask for reimbursement for that as it was old and I could easily glue it. The worst happened when they came back to do a job under warranty that had failed. On that day, their heaters raised the temps in my home to 150 degrees according to the crew leader who bragged about getting his sensor readings to 150. This is too hot for a home and in my experience caused significant damage. Much of the damage only becomes apparent with time. The company they purchased their equipment from (Thermal Remediation) has this statement on their web site: A: The Thermal Remediation® kill zone is between 120-140ºF. Our electric bed bug heaters are digitally locked not to exceed 135°F based on air intake in the area being treated. Exceeding those temperatures may result in damage to the structure and its contents. I asked the crew leader three times to pull the plug as it was too hot for too long. I entered my home several times during the heating process to check on things. He said he couldn't. After the over heating job, I started having structural damage, noise in walls and ceilings with loud pops that make you jump and wake you in the night. Flooring was also affected making loud creaks when walked on in many places. When I told the crew leader to stop the treatment, he should have done so. He implied that if he did stop it, the job would not be warrantied. This was not right. I am still cataloging other heat damage from this excessive temperature treatment. They also spread clothing out in the upstairs master bedroom in a manner that looked like it was thrown around and it had muddy footprints on nice sweaters. This was probably the result of it being so hot that the workers couldn't stand being in there and had to hurry even faster than normal. Big difference between 130 degrees and 150 degrees. I took the crew leader around the house before he began and specifically told him not to take anything out of the drawers in the master bedroom as this was a follow up only and no bed bug evidence was found in that part of the house. In fact he told me that he saw no evidence of bed bugs anywhere they worked in our house. When they were leaving we had to ask for help to put a few pieces of furniture back but they left out two of the heaviest pieces that I had asked them not to move in the first place. BEWARE, HEAT TREATMENT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR HOUSE if done by this company. I got nowhere in my attempts to contact them about the damage they caused. read more

Long story short: I thought I had bedbugs, but SBBS came out with their little terrier and found no evidence of bedbugs. They did find the culprit - a mosquito that had somehow survived the recent frosts! The inspector did a very thorough visual inspection, and then had the dog search as well. Based on the professionalism and thoroughness of the inspection, I would definitely recommend SBBS for inspections and treatment. read more

After another unit in my building was found to have Bed Bugs I needed to arrange an inspection. I emailed SBBS this morning and they were at my place the same day; within hours. Jesse was very knowledgeable and not only asked me questions about what was going on but was able to answer all of mine. He set me and my mind at ease immediately. He said dealing with bed bugs wasn't pleasant but could be and their method could eliminate them w/o having to replace the mattress (apparently doing so is rare); these were some of my initial concerns. Let's walk through the amazing time frame of events. 8:00: Leave message on their website 8:06: Freak out that maybe they don't check those, call and leave a voice mail with my info...start pacing 8:20: Super nice, calm gentleman calls, hears me out and happily arranges an appt for the same day at 2:30 10:20: Deidre (my hero of the day) calls to say she's nearby on another appt, could she come by early....UM YES PLEASE. My day was dedicated to sitting and thinking about bugs in my home...so let's get this started asap. 10:45: Deidre and her amazing dog Barker arrive. They are beyond nice, personable, helpful. Deidre & Barker do a thorough evaluation of my condo (negative - THANK GOD). She educates me on good things for everyone to do like mattress covers, etc. I felt immediately comfortable to have Deidre and Barker in my home, and confident in their ability to do a great time. 11:45: I am here, sipping a cup of tea, writing this review. Very, very pleased with SBBS. Was convinced I had BBs after several individual bite marks appeared on my arms and 2 on my daughter. I went to the dermatologist, and she thought some sort of bug was biting me. Terminex came out and said they found 1 shell but never showed my husband and I. No other evidence was found yet they were willing to treat us for nearly $900. I found SBBS and could not be happier with the services provided. Very thorough and knowledgeable and they help you understand the BB evidence we would find. SBBS is NOT out there to rip you off or make money for treatments you may not need. They will only treat if they find bed bugs. Jesse inspected every single piece of furniture and every little bit and pleat of our bedding and furniture carefully. Highly recommend.
