Chris from First Gen was one of the first to respond, and he was by far the most professional. He was able to squeeze me in for a next day consultation and he was both incredibly personable and wonderfully professional the whole time. During our appointment, I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything. Instead of trying to pressure me into one solution or another, he took the time to ask informed questions and get a better understanding of my needs and concerns, before making any recommendations. I walked him through the areas of my property where I was seeing the most activity and he was able to take my vague descriptions to help me identify exactly what I was seeing (because I swear some of these bugs I've never seen before in my life. There must be some new ones out here!). He then developed a customized treatment plan for how to address these particular pests, and keep them away so that I can enjoy my patio, my yard, and ultimately my property with a greater degree of comfort and ease. We scheduled my first appointment for the day after our consultation. He was very mindful and respectful of my property, as well as mindful not to disrupt my workday (since I work from home) as he perform the treatments.
