I do like how they offer a punch card if you use cash. Only things I would say that I didn't love is that I felt like their nail heater thingy at the end felt weak and their decor was a bit confusing. Also, if you're looking to go get your nails and get other errands done, there's not much nearby to get to quickly to shop for. The wax felt fine going on and I do not have sensitive skin but there is some kind of stinging welt beneath the eyebrow that got messed up. Nothing could be done so I didn't say anything more and I left. I called the owner 15 minutes later because I was too upset after looking at my brows in the car and she said I would be offered a refund and to go to someone named Lidia next time. She called me back a couple hours later and she said she talked to the girl and the girl explained everything she did to me during my session. I don't know how that's relevant. Explaining what you did doesn't make me like the outcome. The owner said the girl who did my brows "does them all day" and that "no one has ever complained". That was the end of the conversation. I didn't receive a refund and I will not be going back. The proof is in the pictures.

After the consult, 2 bleaching sessions, a pair of purple neutralizing rinses to eliminated the yellow brassines and a quick touch up trim...Santa looked fantastic.
