I met with Kurt for the initial estimate and he was great in pointing out the kind of work that needed to be done and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once I made the decision to go with 3 Generations, I started working with Jeremy who went the extra mile to meet me at my work to sign the paperwork and select the type of siding for the house. We signed the paperwork in the late Fall, which is a busy time for them but Jeremy was always up front with their estimated timing, which I really appreciated. Once the work started, the job was completed pretty quickly. Again, Jeremy and his crew were very communicative and kept me updated on the status of the work until it was done. They also fixed some plywood dry rot and installed new plywood as well as correcting some roof deck problems in addition to all of the siding replacement. I've included some pictures the old siding, which was cracked and loose as well some pictures of the new siding to show the improvement. Eugene was patient and thoughtful as we discussed various options to maintain and protect the waterproof membrane and strengthen the structural integrity of our expansive decks on a hillside. He was mindful of our budget and, as a general contractor, identified and repaired another area in our crawlspace. He came up with creative solutions, and he has a great sense of design and style. We ended up replacing our upper deck with Trex composite boards. On the lower deck, his crew replaced most of the redwood boards and repainted the deck, even the wooden joists of the upper deck, for both wood preservation and aesthetic purposes. Iron Caz owner, Daniel, is a professional welder - he used to do welding on skyscrapers in San Francisco. Daniel can custom make just about anything out of metal! Iron Caz has almost completed a massive iron fencing, pillar, concrete slab, and gate project - in our yard and our neighbors yard. In the neighbors yard, they had to take down about 450 feet of a 3 foot high brick wall. They put in 8 cinder block/brick 7 foot pillars, added 600-700 feet of commercial grade iron fencing, four large concrete slabs reinforced with rebar, and a bunch of commercial grade LiftMaster automatic openers and iron gates. This project is massive and the quality of workmanship is superior. They have done a terrific job. IMPORTANT: We got several quotes and Iron Caz Fence and Gate Company was the most competitive quote out of all of them. If you want great value choose IRON CAZ FENCING AND GATES.
