My biggest advice when choosing a Sentrel shower wall is to wait for a sample before making your final decision, especially if the color isn't available to see in the showroom. In our case, the Master shower floor and walls were supposed to be the same color, but once installed, the walls looked noticeably different and had more of a gray/green undertone. We absolutely love the workmanship and truly appreciate all the hard work that went into completing our bathroom. The only thing we're struggling with is the wall color. If replacing the walls is even an option, we would love the opportunity to discuss it, although we honestly feel hesitant asking because we know how much work went into the installation. He gutted both rooms, installed new flooring, custom cabinets with granite counter tops, new kitchen lighting plus under-cabinet lighting & accent lighting, and rewired outlets. He recommended one of his crew to rebuild a fireplace mantle. Guy has provided several other projects even after we challenged his estimates. Again, he wasn't always the cheapest. He remodeled our master bath by removing the tub, upgrading plumbing, & making a large shower with camouflaged drain. Another project was to replace the tub, install new plumbing, tiling and flooring in our Guest Bath. Aside from other small projects, Guy also continued the flooring from the kitchen, down the halls, and our dining room and den. All work was supervised or completed by Guy's son, Mark. The crews were always punctual, clean, and as quiet as possible. They were also too polite. Guy and Mark are sometimes more critical of their work than they probably should be. All labor and products used are guaranteed or warranted. No repairs or product upgrades have cost me a dime! A couple of notes: If Guy has an improved idea to yours, GO WITH GUY! They were flexible on the start date because I had a medical issue that caused me to have to push out the start date two weeks. Communication was generally well, and they took my input along the way and got it done to my liking. The only thing keeping them from 5-star is that things got messy. Apparently they didn't realize their vacuum didn't have the filter on it, and dust ended up all over the kitchen and neighboring rooms. Took me hours to clean everything. Second, there's debris in the yard and driveway where they were working that will need to be cleaned up too. Overall they do good work, and I would hire them again.

My husband and I had a total kitchen remodel fourteen months ago. We chose all licensed and bonded installers as we figured they would provide a higher quality of work. In only five months, a few of the 24" x 24" porcelain tiles, which had been installed on the floors of our kitchen, laundryroom, diningroom and entryway, began to come loose and one of them cracked. The installer came out and replaced the cracked tiles to our satisfaction, however over the next year, nine more tiles became loose After trying to work it out with the licensed installer, we were forced to have an independent inspection performed to see how wide spread the problem was. After having five different Tile contractors out, we were appalled that only one out of the five would we hire. Sam, from Brothers IC met with us and took the time to inspect the previous install. He was professional, very knowledgeable and although his bid was the highest, he was the only one we felt confident with. Scope of work: removed the wall dividing the vanity and the toilet/shower; replaced vanity, mirror, toilet, shower door. Waterproofed and installed new shower tile on floor and walls; installed new tile on bathroom floor, along with tile baseboards (which they had to cut).
