The team had a positive attitude and greeted me with a handshake and a friendly smile first thing this morning. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they treated all of my home, furniture, and belongings with respect. We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

Upon speaking to the person that answered the phone (Grady), I got a good feel from him - he sounded honest, sincere, and knowledgable. The quote was extremely reasonable from what I had researched. I booked their service on the spot. The movers arrived about 20 min earlier than their estimated window (if that was their only problem, then it was a great problem to have) and waited outside the location (as the person who had the piano wasn't answering their door yet). They arrived and the 2 guys carrying the piano were very respectful and great as well! (I think their names were Leon and David?) I used All My Sons Moving when I moved from Houston to Pearland. During the estimate, I was told I…read morecould leave my belongings inside my dressers because they would wrap the furniture and move it without me having to empty everything. I was also told they had wardrobe boxes so my clothes could stay on their hangers. To save money I packed everything else myself and only wanted them for the larger furniture. It was almost an all day move because they were so slow. I was shocked to be told I owed about $400 more than my original quote. I was informed that wrapping my dressers counted as extra materials and that the wardrobe boxes were additional charges. None of those extra costs were clearly explained when those services were recommended. my mom questioned the charges, and they eventually waived those fees. Even using their truck to move across town, I ended up paying around $1,100, which I felt was fair once the unexpected charges were removed. I called them today for another move coming up and left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be using this company ever again. I called for a quote to move literally two doors down within my apartment complex. I didn't even need a moving truck, yet I was quoted over $800. During the call, the representative repeatedly placed me on hold to "speak with a manager," only to return saying it was already a great deal. When I pointed out that my previous move across town cost nearly the same amount, I was told they had "squeezed me in" before and that summer pricing was higher. This didn't make sense given the size and distance of this move. I contacted another moving company and received a quote of $300 for the exact same job. Between the ridiculous charges during my first move and the dramatically inflated quote for this one, I can't recommend All My Sons. I understand moving costs vary, but transparency and fair pricing are important, and I ultimately found much better value elsewhere.
