His assistant would answer emails on his behalf, still signed "Jasen Ha" and she was for the most part clueless and unhelpful regarding my car insurance, home insurance, etc. When I did need help due to a collision, Jasen laughed on the phone at me. Do not trust this scammer and con man. Shame on Farmers for allowing him to operate his business as long as he did. P.S. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese.
