To remove the DPF filter and just to inspect it (which they did it visually without using any equipment) and put it back which took them 30 mins as technician M. Robinson told me later they charged me for 5 hrs of labor, however initially the shop gave me a final estimate of 2 hrs. Another thing that they charged me for something that they didn't do in terms of the service (diagnose flex pipe leak) as they later tried to explain me that just even a 1 minute visual inspection is still labor and it is charged. $100!!! Ridiculous! Even though in the receipt they wrote that flex pipe was removed and and inspected for leak. Well, this is not a professional shop, these guys are criminals after this all! Later they refunded me $100 cause you have to have some honor. But I wouldn't recommend them even if it is the only dealer (Hino, Mack) in your area.

They told me that they could not get to it that day as on Fridays the have a "skeleton crew" so we wait through the weekend Monday comes and they tell me a technician has been assigned to it. Monday comes and goes. I called early morning Tuesday and they told me that a "tech is on it". I specifically asked if the bus was pulled in and the lady I spoke with said yes. I felt like something was not right, and sent my driver over there to be told. My bus has never moved out of the spot it was in. This means I was blatantly lied to on the phone when I called back I asked to speak to a manager and a very rude individual named Chris told me that I'm a liar that his worker never told me my bus was pulled in and that when they said a tech was on it that means he was assigned to it, but they could not pull in my bus because they were out of propane for their forklift. Chris told me that they "might" get propane that day, but could not guarantee and then hung up on me. After being lied to and treated terrible by management, I decided to tow my bus out of there and to a reputable shop. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST This place will lie, and treat you like crap because they could care less about when or if you get back on the road!
