The facial was probably the best one that I've ever had. The room is charming, calming, and cool. Well appointed for my needs, even a cute shell jewelry box to store my rings during my facial. The products for the facial smelled great and did a great job of gently cleaning and plumping my skin. The best part was Renee's massage and ability to work my skin in a way that made me look younger and fresher when we were done. At the end of my hour, I felt really relaxed, pampered and rejuvenated. Other salons I feel like I've just gotten overcharged for the same look and to get my dead ends cut off. They recommended Coco and she did a great job! Her recommendation wasn't anything crazy but it suited my lifestyle and looked more than just the dead ends cut off. She started off with a consultation, took off some of my length, washed my hair, cut, blow dried and styled. She took out a lot of the weight in my hair that prevented me from wearing it down but kept the length. She added face framing and texture. I could tell she took her time and made sure it was a great cut. She was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. All the employees here seemed great and I like the ambiance! A young man greeted me eagerly and helped me check in . Ashley washed my hair blow dried and styled my hair almost exactly as I typically do it myself which is very impressive! She was very sweet as was the young man again who helped me with my coat when I was struggling with my cast and ready to leave . While I cannot speak for a haircut, I am sorry to see the negative reviews for this place because I was treated very kindly with the service I asked for .

First Sylvia asked me what I wanted! Then she washed my hair, put conditioner, brushed out my very long hair, and gave a very tidy cut. I think I look professional for work and cute. True confession: I had chopped off my own bangs - but Sylvia fixed it and my hair looks great. They also do eyebrow threading and waxing, and I don't know what else. I have to mention that Maxi Hair is very kid-friendly. They have the cutest kiddie chairs that look like fire engines and they go beep beep! So fun.
